I absolutely love this F45 Gym! Stacy (the owner) and all the coaches are all so welcoming, friendly, and encouraging! I love the variety of the workouts which always keeps it interesting and challenging. All the coaches are great and I really appreciate how much they make sure you’re doing the movements correctly and how they push you to do your best while also supporting any modifications you may need. I was a little intimidated to try this workout at first but am so glad I did. I always leave the classes feeling like I got a great workout in and I love that they are fast paced which is great for when you have a busy schedule!

Their expertise helps prevent injuries and enhances performance, making every session not only productive but also enjoyable. With their support, you can push your limits and achieve your fitness goals faster than you ever thought possible. Each workout becomes a step towards a healthier, stronger you, with coaches who motivate and inspire you every step of the way. I have it done every day 46 days ago :). The experience has been incredibly rewarding, both physically and mentally. Each session brings us closer as a group. The routines have become a highlight of my day, and I look forward to seeing everyone's progress. It's amazing to witness how much we've all improved in strength, endurance, and teamwork. I can't wait to see where we will be in another 45 days!

I travel a lot for work and leisure and I love visiting F45's when I can. The Vancouver, WA gym exceeded my expectations. I love that they have showers available and out of all 5 states I have travelled to F45's, this one had the BEST music! Stacy was very friendly and inviting to me too. I will be visiting the gym again as I am in this area frequently.

I rarely write reviews, but I love this gym so much that I'm inspired to. ALL their coaches are amazing: so encouraging, fun, and helpful with feedback. The workouts are designed to challenge anyone, no matter their fitness level. I've been to most group fitness gyms in Vancouver and the other ones can feel very repetitive (20 min treads, 20 min rower, 20 min floor) - F45 workouts are always different, fun and challenging. I even look forward to the 5am classes because I know I'll be working out with a great group of people and feel a lot endorphins when I leave. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this gym!
