After giving birth to my daughter, I was nervous about getting back into workout classes. But classes at Flowertown Fitness Company are truly one-of-a-kind. The small class sizes make for a personalized session with a sense of community you won’t find anywhere else. No matter what kind of class I take (Mind/Body, Yoga, or Yogahhh) I always leave with a smile on my face and new appreciation for Serena and her way of teaching. Her knowledge of health and fitness is unmatched. 10/10!!
