The Weight Loss Connection is an awesome place to be. The coaches are very motivational and encouraging. The other members are motivational and encouraging as well. The environment is very welcoming. I've learned to make a life style change and how to eat very healthy and nutritional foods. I've learned to make myself accountable. I lost 23lbs in a 6 week challenge. These are things I thought were impossible. The coaches I had and my determination made it possible! Try them out you will not be disappointed!💪

#TheWeightLossConnection got my me back on track for losing weight. The supportive community, nutrition guidance and small exercise class size makes it easier to stay focused. They are teaching me new eating habits instead of dieting. That is making all of the difference!

I joined the weightloss connection back in March 2017 and lost 20lbs after that I was dealing with alot of stress and lost myself . I just came back in January of this year and lost over 35lbs so far coach Vickie and coach Carl saved my life again by pushing me to the limit, meal planning, and providing me tools that will help me stay on track . Since 2017 I seen so many inspirational trainers and people that joined the weight loss connection. I also had my mother join the program back in 2018 because she noticed the change in me..inside and out. She lost 18lbs with doing the 6 week program that was offered at that time. I love The Weight Loss Connection! The word of God is the foundation and is incorporated in everything. Connection is so important especially in a time like this. All of the coaches are awesome and they really show compassion and passion in what they do. The accountability and health coaching that you get is the best and very personal, you are not just a number. You matter, your goals matter, your thoughts and feelings matter. I love the daily devotionals and we get a chance to participate, which is an excellent part of accountability. I would definitely recommend The Weight Loss Connection...YOU WILL LOVE YOUR RESULTS!

If you’re looking for a gym that is TRULY invested in health and fitness journey you have certainly found it! I could not be more thrilled to be a part of the WLC family and that is truly how they make you feel. All of the coaches are invested in each persons individual goals and work to meet us where we are! This place is truly a gold mine! In my journey back to health, I found myself in a rut, but they truly give us the tools, love, and support that we need to be successful and give ourselves grace as we work to reach our goals.
