My daughter has worked with Holly at Better Body Fitness for over a year now. Being a full-time student and committed to a year- round schedule of competitive softball, she struggled finding consistency in diet and exercise until she started working with Holly. Holly worked around her schedule to ensure she accomplished her workouts each week. Holly and my daughter worked as a team to reach her goals. Not only has she seen great results and a difference in her overall physique, she learned about the importance of eating correctly and how to adjust when traveling, going out to eat, etc. Holly will push you and support you. Not only is she a great trainer, she also wants you to learn about the importance of overall nutrition. Since starting this journey with Holly, my daughter has excelled in her sport, increased her overall strength and agility, and has created healthy habits that she can carry with her throughout her future. Holly and her team’s boot camps are challenging, but fun! Better Body Fitness facility is more of a family feel – very encouraging atmosphere and welcoming to newcomers. It’s a great place!

This place is AWESOME!!! Holly and her crew give me life! If you're really serious about transforming your body and your mentality about working out and eating, they will get you right! I follow her meal plans and never feel like I'm missing anything. Her facility is clean and disinfected regularly, so I feel more comfortable here than I did at the larger gyms. I look forward to my workouts with Chris each time and feel so refreshed afterward. Definitely a good sweat. My confidence is through the roof! After seeing my progress, my daughter decided to join, too!

I have let the past six years slip by without thinking of my personal health and fitness. With a demanding job, pursuing higher education as a full time student, and family obligations, I allowed myself to become overweight, unhealthy and unhappy. I have many medical issues and suffer from an old neck and back injury and have allowed the pain to dictate my activities. After my last doctor appointment I knew I had to make a drastic change in my life before my bad habits and health made the choices for me. I came across Better Body Fitness. I had a very long conversation with Holly and she was fantastic. She didn’t judge me and told me how her and her team can help me. I am still in my first week of classes but I have never been more optimistic and pumped to get in shape not only to look better but to improve my overall health. I am extremely sore but feel great after each workout and look forward to the next. The coaches and all the ladies (men are welcome too) I have got to workout with have been super supportive and encouraging! This is a great environment and I am so glad I found them!! I have been a personal training client with Holly for over 2 years. Working out with her has been so beneficial for both my mental and physical health! I’ve recently ventured into the classes and found a great group of women. Everyone is welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend this place!

I going to Holly for personal training mid Aug 2020. I had tried everything to lose weight on my own over the last few years without success. I was constantly losing that 10 or so pounds and that was it. I decided to do something different. I was so overweight and out of shape. After just a few months I am down 40lbs, I have built up muscle, lost body fat, and I feel stronger than I have in decades! Holly and her team have taught me so much about the physical training side AND the nutrition side. There is no way I could have done this without Holly and her BBF team. She gives you information, tells you why things work or why they don’t. She explains in terms you can understand. She gets to know you so she can better understand you inside and out. There is no one better in my opinion to help you meet your goals, they are all in for you!
