I love this place. Staff makes you feel welcome and answers your questions. So far I have only used the equipment and not accessed the pool or even taken a class, but I come home refreshed. There is a fireplace too where you can relax and read the Greenville Journal after a workout.

This gym is beautiful! I catered an event for my company - and I seriously wanted to join the gym when I first walked in. If you are looking and this is close to you- check it out for yourself. The owners are super nice and they take pride in their business.

They really need to clean the bathrooms and locker rooms. There’s also mold growing in the HVAC system. I will update post with photos. They updated the sauna unfortunately some members wear their shoes in the sauna and it’s filthy. They also raised the price and shortened their hours. It’s to bad the gym has a lot of potential. I would pay $200 a month if it was clean. You would think they would address these issues and respond to reviews. There lack Of response to positive and negative reviews only shows they don’t care what customers think about Sportsclub.

This place sets the bar lower and lower for the supposed "elite" location of the three sports clubs. The workout area is so extremely small and of course today again there's a portion you can't use of the weight area. Any other commercial public space like this would do these repair and updates while the gym is closed. Instead they inconvenience the paying members day after day in making it so we can't use certain areas of the gym. I do commercial painting and never do it while the location is open. The locker room is so run down and full of crud everywhere and broken hooks, sinks, etc. I really don't understand why this is considered the elite location and most expensive out of all three. Because of course you're not allowed to go to all three unless you pay an even more expensive membership. lol...Sportsclub has continually gone downhill for years now. Plus to top it off the front desk woman was extremely unfriendly. Don't get a membership here.

Ever since the new owners took over they upped the prices without telling the members and they close at 8pm on weekends. The hours are horrible if you like to workout in the evening. And an employee told me about the membership fees going up but you had to lock in your old price before November 1st. So I went in and talked to membership about keeping my price the same around October 20th. They said just come back right before the 31st and I didn’t and my price went up anyways. Only employees were told about it. So now we have less hours to workout and pay more money. And the equipment breaks completely before they repair it even though you can see it barely holding on before it breaks and potentially hurts someone. IE, the belt for weighted dips.

No better place to train. Absolutely love the facility and instructors. Amazing management that genuinely care about my goals and development. I'm not just a number. Don't take my word for it, just give ISI a try. You're sure to find a new home. I certainly did!

ISI Simpsonville is nothing but amazing! From the facility manager, Eliza, to the trainers Tiara, Joe, Rob, and Morgan, you are encouraged and supported from the moment you walk in the door! Joining ISI has been the best decision for me! I am in better shape, but have also made the best friends!

Before coming to ISI I have been to every other type of group fitness type gyms looking for a good workout AND a sense of belonging. This is the first place that offered both. From the first interaction to every session since I have truly felt like part of a family- the trainers, the front desk ladies, Eliza - everyone makes you feel like they are excited to see you and care that you are there. This is exactly what I needed in this season of life and joining was the best decision ever!

I have worked out at quite a few gyms in the area and I must say that ISI is one of the best around! Everyone makes you feel welcomed from the front staff to the coaches. As a former college athlete I really appreciate the coaches pushing you to your limits all while giving you a friendly smile 😁. I highly recommend anyone giving this place a try no matter what your fitness level might be and the coaches will provide alternative movements to fit your needs. The only ask I have for the owner is, why can’t the air be turned down any lower? I love a good sweat but it’s a sauna in there 🥵 most days and it’s only going to get worse as temperatures continue to rise. Hopefully it can be adjusted in the near future ☺️

As a former fitness specialist, it’s been a lot of fun coming to ISI and being on the “other side” of things. The Coaches are really great, always motivating and pushing me in the way that I need. This is exactly what I was looking for as a change up to my own routine! I feel stronger and I love coming to class. Walking in, you are greeted by a happy face with high energy. Everyone is so down to earth - just a wonderful vibe all around. This beats going to a regular gym any day. Thanks ISI Simpsonville!
