Amazing gym! Staff is supportive and nice! Place is clean, and organized. Keep in mind this pro grade gym, were people come to work. So if you are looking for place to workout without nonsense and you are looking for high end equipment this is IT! 5 stars

This place is an absolute gem! From the moment I walked in, I could tell it was special. The equipment is top-notch and well-maintained, with everything you could possibly need for any type of workout. It’s never overcrowded, so you can focus on your training without waiting for machines. The atmosphere is incredible—friendly, motivating, and welcoming to everyone, whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned athlete. The staff is knowledgeable and always ready to help, and the trainers are truly world-class. They genuinely care about your progress and will push you to be your best. It’s clear this gym values its community, and that’s what sets it apart. If you’re looking for a place where you can work hard, feel supported, and see real results, this is it. I almost don’t want to share this secret spot, but it’s too good not to recommend!

I had tried a free class last year and sampled other boxing gyms and Hidden gym is worth every penny! Coach David has that old school mentality that keeps me motivated! I’ve only been boxing for 3-4 months now and I can totally see myself doing this for the long run at Hidden gym. The front desk staff is always so polite and great with a warm sincere smile.

Fantastic gym! Very modern and clean and definitely has the vibe. I thought the mixed powerlifting, machines,MMA was going to be too much but it works perfectly. Can’t wait for the sauna. Definitely recommend

staff is super friendly and welcoming!! the gym portion has so much equipment that a commercial gym wouldn’t have. the mma classes are so much fun and you can learn so much from the coaches. this gym honestly feels like a community that pushes one another everyday. members are super friendly and always willing to share equipment with you.

This planet fitness is really nice. Newer machines, upgraded TBE machine, relaxation pods with scent and sound therapy, massage and relaxing spa area. I had to go here when the red light/TBE machine at the PF closer to home was broken for a few months and I felt desperate. I almost felt cheated coming in here and seeing how much nicer it was! Their total body enhancement red light machine is so cool. It’s bigger and a triangle shape. I wasn’t sure how to work it at first, the selection panel is different and not as user friendly.

First of all Devin and Christina need a raise! This is the best PF morning crew I've seen so far. The bathrooms can be a bit tricky in that they are difficult to keep up with. However, it's always clean when I'm there. Today, I walked inside to the most amazingly clean smell. I looked down the treadmill aisle and the gym was impeccably clean. The staff is so friendly. I really like this location. I need to see more of Devin and Christina.

Patrice is the ONLY reason anyone would ever come to this place. She is a national treasure. Read those first two sentences again. Yes, you read that right! The legendary Patrice is here and she is an incredible human being who is super professional, super nice, and she refills the tootsie roll container so damn efficiently that she has made me relive my childhood one too many times (in a good way 😇). Every single time my wife and I come here late at night we are always welcomed by her warm greetings. I stg Planet Fitness better protect our Patrice. I, for one (thought I doubt I am not alone), would like to know about what Planet Fitness is doing to protect our Patrice Please feel free to respond to this review, PF. I like that there are a variety of exercise machines, and I enjoy the 30 minute workout section—as it is usually not as full of people so you can hit a majority of machines without having too wait for someone to get done.

The new Richardson location is spectacular! So many machines and cardio equipment here! It's like a superstore of equipment. That's great because I never have to wait on the equipment to use. The staff is very courteous and super helpful. Everyone here is very respectful and it doesn't feel like a pick up bar. I heavily recommend this location.
