I cannot say enough good things about Fit2Row. I walked in the door nervous and out of shape. They welcomed me with open arms, coached me to make sure I could row injury-free, and encouraged me every step of the way. Each workout is individualized, the cost is super reasonable, and the people are great.

What an amazing place. My daughter needed to keep current with her college crew work out while in town for a wedding. Fit2row went out of their way to accommodate her. The studio is awesome and so are the people. They Make work outs fun!

Great fun workout! So glad we found Fit2row after our other rowing place closed. Katie and her staff are fun and work with you based on your ability.

I was lucky enough to find these guys through a web search and it has been best choice!! They are Hands-On, fun-loving, dedicated, energetic group of people. Katie is extremely knowledgeable and I love the fact that she gauges and watches you though the workouts and pushes you without being aggressive. Am hooked 😁 The members are one big welcoming family, feels like I've been there forever.

I see other folks having the same issue I am. I really liked the gym, I liked the employees and I liked the location. I was only here for a short period of time. Apparently, I signed a one year contract, which I never would have done (knowing I was only here for three months) had I known about it. I suppose there’s a possibility that I just misheard or misunderstood, but I highly doubt it. From what I recall of the conversation, it was “cancel anytime”. That’s what was so appealing to me. Now, I have to show proof of my move and pay the gym another $50, on top of my monthly bill. I would look for another gym, unless you’re going to use this gym for the full year term. Learn from my mistake and read the fine print.

Hate that I'm leaving anything but a 5 star review, because the gym itself is great, and I love the staff there (Will is awesome). But I needed to cancel my membership. The front desk said they couldn't do that, and told me I needed to call a 1-888 call center. After a 30-minute conversation, the call center said I needed to call the gym, then the gym said I needed to call the 1-888 number back. I fully planned on signing back up with this gym when I got back in town, but after this experience, I think I'll try another gym first.

Be advised you cannot cancel your membership depending on the level you select. The contract is ambiguous and if you cancel you will still be billed and then sent to collections if you protest the charge. Go to a locally owned gym where you can understand the agreement.

Decent gym. The classes with Paul and Kelly are awesome! I wish they had more classes on the weekend though. Also, an arc trainer machine has been broken for almost 2 months, but otherwise it's a decent gym.

Youfit fraudulently billed my credit card under a new merchant number after i cancelled my membership with them. Stay as far away as possible from this company unless you want to deal with consistent never ending fraud.

This is one of my favorite gyms in the Central Florida area! They have something to offer for everyone. From gym memberships/classes to personalized workouts and so much more. My kids and parents love it here as well!

We have nothing but great things to say about Sarah and Xymogym! My wife and I were looking for a private-ish gym with a personal trainer as I haven’t been well with consistency when going to gyms on my own and we know we absolutely made the right decision by signing up. It feels great to just show up to the gym and have a nice professional guide you through all your workouts AND see an actual difference in your body in a short period of time. 100% worth every penny!

Great welcome by Noah at a truly integrated gym; Yoga, Stretching, Personal Training, basketball, Weightlifting, Physical Therapy, and Therapeutic Massage. Found this place through my Yoga teacher, Gianna Chisari (awesome teacher). It’s in a very centric safe warehouses location. The equipment and facilities (specially the bathroom / lockers) are extra CLEAN. Very airy open spaces with great parking. The Owner / Operator is Sarah Blackburn King, a very professional personal trainer that is there to make sure all is perfect. The Moov Lab center, operated by Joel Cruzada has also, Cryo, Red Light, Normatec Compression, Dry Float, Power Plates, and all sophisticated equipment you might want. We just moved from Miami and are former LifeTime members. This is now our one-stop happy place. We are delighted!

Absolutely loved everything about Xymogym. Our whole family became members while staying at Orlando. Staff and members are extremely friendly. Layout of the gym is beautifully and carefully designed to meet various fitness needs. It is so clean and well maintained. The basketball court is so nice with high ceiling and is very spacious. We have been to many gyms around the country on the road. This is by far the best.

Personal training with Sarah has been life changing. I’ve tried so many workouts and gyms before and nothing ever lasted or worked out. Since I started going to Xymogym I haven’t stopped and I finally have an amazing fitness routine. Can’t recommend Xymogym enough!

Gym equipment is nice and the area is very spacious, but lord is the staff so unprofessional and immature. They’re not very welcoming and during peak hours theres always just a bunch of them at the front desk not doing anything and just on their phones and lounging around when the gym area needs some attention like the restrooms for example. Left dirty and unattended for so long. It always seems like you’re inconveniencing them whenever you approach them about anything. Other than that a lot of space and plenty of equipment.

Best Fitness Club in the area!! Best Kid’s Club!! Spaces varieties in machine call me the quiet place and you don’t have to wait for a machine cause they have different rooms with a lot of machines. They have tanning, red light machine and hydrotherapy massages machines. The staff is educated.

I like this gym for its equipment and 24 hours access. However, it is very busy during peak hours and the bathrooms aren’t usually clean/stocked. Secondly, the staff that works at the gym is just not friendly. They don’t greet you at all and it’s almost awkward when you walk in to this place. The staff seems a bit immature, almost like a young college crowd that is simply hanging out collecting a paycheck. Again I like this gym but I just wish it would improve.

Great Gym. But they are totally incompetent with keeping bathrooms and showers clean. The people that come to workout at 4am come in to a nasty locker/bathroom facilities. It is obvious they don't have an evening cleaning crew. It's been like this for many months now.

Today is 1/3 2:55pm and just spoke to a guy who when asked about what the annual fee was said he can’t tell me I’ve the phone what I is but can tell me in person. I asked is he willing to lose a potential customer over not telling me he said Yes I’m willing to lose a customer. Decided to go to another gym instead.

I started attending this gym at the beginning of 2024. It has been a life changing experience. The friendly, non-judgmental atmosphere, the cleanliness of the place, the efficient, helpful staff have made it my three-times-weekly happy place. And for most seniors like myself there is NO basic attendance fee. I opted to pay for individual coaching. Shout-out to my brilliant trainer, Arrick Kennedy. He seems personally invested in his clients’ progress, constantly motivating and challenging them. Under his guidance I have made gains in my physical strength, general health and self-confidence that I would not have believed possible.

Gym is fine though can get crowded. Warning, if you cancel your membership within 30 days of the annual renewal, they still charge you for the annual fee even if you aren't going to be using the gym after that. Unfair consumer practices.

Went here for my last two years at UCF - I absolutely loved this YouFit! In a convenient location, never too busy, very kind and helpful staff, clean facility, and affordable rates. On the smaller side, but has pretty much all the equipment you need! My only complaint is that the AC would go out sometimes, so it can get pretty hot. Other than that, I loved going here, and I’d recommend it to anyone 😊 The only reason I left was because I moved.

Been coming here for years, all the staff is friendly, the place is always clean and it is very well priced. Wish they had a couple of more benches because it can get pretty packed in the evenings, but what gym doesn’t? Other than that, really no complaints at all. Great people, highly recommend it.

In my opinion you fit gyms is quite a scam and a racket, they are noticed on the better Business bureau as a d - rating. All of their complaints are typically about overcharging customers and promising more than they can fulfill. I had a terrible experience joining them 2 months ago, Misty and Chris signed me into a contract that I clearly did not want and they did not supply me with a signed contract, they told me it would be emailed to me but it was not. Long story short is they never told me about any additional fees. Within a 2-month period they charged over $500 to my credit card without me knowing I have a very big ongoing dispute and going to seek legal actions against the company. Too much to explain in a text, but if you look at Google reviews and yelp, their ratings are extremely poor and all of them is due to disputes overcharging customers.

Attended a charity poker event. Facility was clean and modern. People were friendly.

Clean park. Nice covered playground. Well maintained. There is also a baseball diamond, basketball courts and bathrooms. Parking on premises.

We live in Stoneybrook and this is a great amenity. My wife and I take turns going in first thing in the morning. New equipment and kept very clean. Only complaint would be a bit cold sometimes in the morning but a hoodie to warm up in solves that problem.

Time to update pool and club house roof. Can't imagine the letters we would get if our roof was messed up that long. Love stoneybrook overall though. Amazing neighborhood with awesome playground!

Great fitness center for Stoneybrook residents and guests. It has huge swimming pool and rec center. Few Tennis courts, jogging trail, weights training machines, free weights, treadmills & elliptical. You can even rent out the hall for family parties.

Love this gym. I’ve been a member for several months. A laid back environment with no judgments and no pressure.

I love the family and relaxed environment of this place. People are down to earth and members are kind and enthusiastic about their classes and instructors.

You can get a membership online but you can't cancel online. You have to be there to cancel your membership and put in a 30 days notice. It's really ridiculous that I can't cancel my membership when I want to.

I signed up for a free trial class. The young lady I worked with was very pleasant which is why I'm giving the two stars. Unfortunately, I didn't feel anything after my session. I waited a couple of days thinking that the doms would kick in as she told me they would, unfortunately after a week I never felt a thing anywhere on my body. I was rather disappointed. I mentioned this to her on Friday when she reached out to see how I was feeling and she said that she would check back in with me today, however, I have not heard from her. It's really too bad because I was hoping to add this place to my new exercise regime.

We just started a couple of weeks ago and we LOVE IT. I go with my sister and the numbers motivate us, the staff is fabulous- Supportive, knowledgeable, kind, witty, energetic and truly a bunch of good fun humans. Reggie is the head trainer and he is always on fire. Cristina and Anthony are wonderful as well. Always helping and guiding with lot of kindness and smiles!

The most intense workout I have ever had. The staff is incredibly kind and professional. The equipment is constantly sterilized and well kept. You need to give this place a try!

I love this location and if you are looking for that jump start with limited time to pour into yourself. Look no further. Reggie the trainer is awesome💪🏽 and …with only the need to train for 20 mins it’s a win win. I am 62 years old and I have reshaped and redefined my body. Yep getting those looks when I walk down the street. So “Just Do It” and sign up for a free trial session you will be surprised by how little time with only the intensity that you can handle.

My wife and I had a great experience here. We are not gym rats like when we were younger however do keep in shape when we can. Our trial experience was definitely something worth coming back for. Great trainers, Private sessions and definitely felt it after we left.

Zumba with Gisselle is the BEST dance party in Orlando. The classes are fun, energetic with special choreography. Have been joining the fun for years now. You will not find a better group of peeps to dance with !!

Gisselle is definitely the best instructor. Love her personality and her knowledge. Her Zumba classes are the best way to burn calories while having fun, It’s my happy hour,love the music the choreography and the atmosphere. I do go to all her classes Zumba, Zumba toning and Boot Camp and I love all of them!!

New to these classes, the instructor is passionate about her class. I love Gisselle To other reviewer regarding boot camp, get over it...quit being lazy & get with the program. Gisselle has never been pushy just encourages you to make your workout count. I love her, currently weighing 150 at 4'11". Will update everyone in about 8 more weeks, I'm into week 2.

So happy I was introduced to Gisselle and her amazing Zumba classes, she is warm and welcoming, and always has a smile in every class. She is an amazing instructor, she brings enthusiasm, great music, and awesome choreos to each and every class. And thanks to her and all she offers like Zumba, Zumba Toning, and Bootcamp, I have lost 40lbs and am the healthiest I have ever been!
