Coaches here work really well with kids of all ages - baseball and softball. Whether it is team training, weekly lessons, or help with some short-term fixes, they do a great job incorporating different tools and drills so players can feel the right approach. Scheduling time is easy with the app and facilities are fresh and clean. I’ve definitely seen improvement in my kids and they enjoy going.

I’ve been taking my kids to Ron at IBJI since they opened He is an outstanding instructor and mentor for ball players. .During each and Every lesson ,he takes the time to teach and pays close attention to the even the small things that they can improve on . IBJI is really lucky to have such a gifted educator and instructor working at this facility.

Excellent training facility! Cages are great, equipment is high quality, staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Added bonus the AC is great, providing for a comfortable workout.

I have been a member of this location since it opened, and while I’ve generally enjoyed my experience, I’ve noticed ongoing issues with your booking system for massages. Initially, the touchscreen was problematic, and after booking, someone else still needed to approve the appointment, which added unnecessary steps. Today, (Sunday morning) when I mentioned that the touchscreen occasionally doesn’t work, the front desk staff was incredibly rude. The young woman rolled her eyes at me and implied that I didn’t know how to use a touchscreen. This was both unprofessional and disrespectful. I hope this behavior is addressed, as it undermines the otherwise good service your gym provides. !!!! Later, while I was sitting during my massage and watching a video on YouTube, the same young woman (I didn’t even realize it was her at first) walked by, approached me, and accused me of taking a photo of her. I was absolutely furious! Why would I take a photo of her? I immediately went to another staff member, showed them my photo gallery, and proved that there were no pictures of her at all. Not only was she rude to me earlier, but she didn’t even allow me to relax after my massage. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I hope management takes action to ensure better customer service in the future.

New gym with a lot of upgraded equipment. The staff were friendly and keep the gym super clean.

i live about 2 hours away from my Main Planet Fitness. I’m out here for work. I’ve been to about 15+ other planet fitnesses and have not had any problem purchasing a Day pass or paying because i understand I am not a black card member. I asked the person at the front desk if i can just pay a fee just to use the gym or even purchase a day pass. the blonde girl would not allow me to under any circumstance. I Went to the Planet fitness down the street 10 minutes away. They allowed me with no problem at all to purchase. I don’t understand the problem at all. Just became an inconvenience.

This 5 star review is for Anthony only. This gym is very nice. Anthony is very nice and is always cleaning. My boyfriend and I come here every weekend. Anthony always is so nice and says hi and talks to us. He never stops cleaning and will run - literally run over - to the desk to help me and drop whatever he is cleaning. However… I cannot say the same for the rest of the staff. It makes me sad that he is the one working very hard and everyone else is on their phone. They don’t even say hey when we walk into the gym. Thank you, anthony!!!!
