BEST workout programs you will ever have!!! This gym has such a GREAT and different concept than most gyms. The trainers guide you in a Group setting at certain times you join everyday. Do you struggle to write your own program every time you go to the gym? These personal trainers do it ALL for you!!! Just give Pump Fitness a try, you WILL NOT regret it.

Pump Fitness Studio is the best fitness location i have been a part of. The team is knowledgeable, friendly, and approachable. The trainer provides personal attention, motivation, and professional guidance. Brittany, Xavier, & Kaleb are the best team. I was blessed to meet each of you.

The PUMP team helped me gain skill and confidence in the gym. The workout structure is unique as they always create new and challenging exercises every 4 weeks and will modify exercises on the spot to cater to any physical limitations you may have. It is a group workout structure, but the groups are small enough to feel like it’s personalized for you. All you have to do is show up 3 times a weeks, and the PUMP team will guide you to achieve your goals from there!

Hands down one of the best gym facilities in Charlotte! I’ve been coming for over 4 years now and still counting! The team is amazing, encouraging and is very passionate in what they do. Highly recommend!

I love PUMP!! I joined PUMP based off of the Google reviews so now it is my turn...the coaching here is awesome. I love the consistent weekly schedule and the rotating workout phases. I started at PUMP because I was looking for accountability and for actual results which I was not getting on my own and I got everything I wanted and more. This is not your typical group training, you get the individualized guidance you need and your coaches focus on your personal improvement every step of the way. No matter how many clients PUMP has, I always feel prioritized and remembered in a personal way. It is not a cookie cutter group training studio. Along with the set up and training aspect, everyone at PUMP has been such a joy to workout with. Having a great community takes it to the next level.

Our middle and high schoolers has been attending group and personal training sessions with Coach D for several years. He knows how to get kids in the zone and expects them to dig deep! He trains them with passion and excellence! He is such a mentor to these kids and wants the best for them! Thanks Coach D and Audrey!!!

Coach Davis and his staff at Core Sports Performance are great! They motivate the kids to work hard in positive way. My daughter really enjoys going to CSP and we can tell she has gotten in better physical shape. Coach Davis really cares about the kids and wants them to be there best self. I would highly recommend you take your kids to CSP for training!

Coach D is amazing!! He doesn't play around with the training, he gets results and he is an amazing coach to each of his athletes. My son adores and respects him! Couldn't ask for anything more!

Awesome experience. As a working mom finding a time and place where me and my son can get a workout is virtually impossible. The adult and middle school class are both at flexible times that allow us to come together. We are working towards completely different goals in one place and it’s amazing. The level of skill and professionalism is AWESOME!

The Core is not just another gym with a bunch of machines and working out alone. It is truly a positive experience as soon as you hit the door. Don knows i have personal goals in fitness and continues push me even when I think I can’t go on. Not only am I losing weight, I am building and toning my body. Love the results so far. Those who join his classes have become friends and we cheer each other on to work our hardest. I used to loathe the thought of going to a join, but now I don’t want to miss a class when coming to The Core. I have also watch Don with young athletes as well. He pushes them and teaches positivity and leadership skills to take them to the highest levels of their game. Come join us, we work hard and have a blast doing it.
