Friendly staff, clean facility and workout areas are easily accessible with trainers to assist as needed. Aquatics classes are provided with membership. The aquatics facility is all located in one area for families. Personal space also in the locker rooms with steam and dry saunas. Shower stalls are private with an area to change and a bench.

Unfortunately, this facility has really gone downhill. The daycare/family services are non-existent. Pretty evident that they are targeting a much older demographic.

I was disappointed with the renovations made to the old heisley racquet club. Seems like they did as little as possible. However, I can say the indoor pool was very nice. Workout equipment was not impressive. Very minimal.

The facility is nice containing top of the line equipment. It was on my way to work so the convenience is nice as well. I took a tour and the membership liaison was not available so I had to come back if i wanted information on membership. A week later I was able to speak to someone about signing up. Then they explained the membership scheme. 55$ a month or 110$ a month for a family membership and a year contract. That was not a problem as i feel that is comparable to facilities with equivalent options. There is also a 175$ one time registration fee. This fee is 25% of the total yearly membership fee. When i asked why so high, the explanation was that it enabled them to offer me free classes (which I won't take) and a free fitness evaluation. If i have to pay 175$ then its not free. So in closing great facility but poor response time from staff and one time fee to support "Free Services"

If you don't really want to work out, this is the gym for you. The staff are pleasant and knowledgeable, especially the aquatics team. Everything is new and pretty (if you like working out in a space that looks like a doctor's office). But. Literally everything about the facility feels undersized and cramped. The studios are ridiculously small, so is the free weight area and the TVs. Yet the membership goal is 5-6 thousand members. I've never seen the climbing wall in use. The one time I asked, I got a non-answer. So don't plan on climbing

I am so grateful to have found Hope Fit! For years I have been navigating my fitness journey on my own, poorly might I add. I came to Hope Fit on a whim and took a vinyasa flow yoga class with Angela and immediately felt like this gym was where I needed to be. From the variety of classes offered, to the beautiful facility, the expert staff, and the welcoming community, Hope Fit checks all of the boxes.

Like many of you, I wasn't sure how or where to begin my fitness journey. It had been two years since I had been to a gym when I walked into Hope Fit with a friend of mine who was participating in classes and their personal training. I wasn't sure what to expect from a smaller gym, but I can say that I was surprised by my experience. From day one, I felt welcomed by the owners, staff, and other members. Angela, Mike, and the rest of the Hope Fit staff were always available to offer any tips and are incredibly encouraging. The small group sizes allowed for effective, fun, and challenging classes. It was also nice that their website allows you to sign up and cancel classes online, which made things a lot more convenient. I would HIGHLY recommend this gym to anyone, especially if you are like me and thrive in a class environment. For those of you that like to do things on your own, they do offer some limited open gym time (but honestly, it's more enjoyable to work out with other people that have similar goals to what you have).

Love the variation of classes offered, as well as the variety of class times. All the instructors are motivating, helpful patient and kind. I never felt like belong in a gym with weights until hope fit.

This is not your typical gym! The place is spotless and welcoming! The strength training classes are the best in NEO! Definitely recommend for anyone ready to level up their workouts!
