Best Fitness Center near Lantana, Florida

I have been coming to this gym for several years and have always enjoyed it but Since Christina took over as the new manager, this gym has become way better! She's put together a fantastic staff that truly makes a difference. Her kindness, swift critical thinking, and go-getter attitude have made huge improvements to this location. She deserves a raise for what she does! Just recently, my car battery died in the parking lot, and Christina noticed me from window and she quickly came out to assist me without hesitation. Her leadership and dedication really shine through in everything she does. The personal trainers, Benji and Jonathan, are incredibly personable and sweet. They always make my day brighter with their kind words of encouragement and check ins when I am working out. They genuinely care about the work you’re putting in and they have great disposition to assist you in anything you may need from offering encouragement to checking on your safety. Kiara at the front desk is also a wonderful team member, I feel her warmth and enthusiasm every single check in. She is so respectful and friendly. These four spectacular employees stand out to me the most; but the staff that Christina has handpicked and created into a wonderful team truly help you achieve your fitness goals and make every workout enjoyable. Every single employee at this gym deserves kudos. Each team member get to know you by name and you don’t feel like just another client/customer and this is what makes this gym so special, you will actual feel welcomed and appreciated. There is no other gym around town that offers this. I know because I’ve gym hopped all around. Overall, this gym has never been better, and is a great place to work out!

This gym used to be great but Sadly they keep removing important equipment like the prone leg curl that one was out of service and then they never get it back, then removed also the Smith machine !

I've been a member of this gym for two years now and I must say its been an excellent experience overall. The gym is spacious, clean and well maintained. The owners have really put a lot of effort in updating this gym. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Trainers are very knowledgeable and approachable, always offering advice without being pushy. The whole vibe of this gym is motivating. There's a great variety of equipment from free weights to machines. I also love that they offer a range of fitness classes like powerhour, bootcamp, pilates, Tai Chi and yoga which are all included in your membership. The pricing is also very reasonable for what's offered and its 24/7 access. Try this gym out today-you wont be disappointed!

What a jewel! Saw a “GYM” flag/banner waving and just stopped for a tour. Felt at home right away, and Anthony gave a great tour. The equipment is top of the line, and environment is intense and accommodating. It’s my new home. Look forward to insane sessions here, and will be recommending this gym.

My husband and I have been going to this gym for 3 years and today we were told that we were no longer wanted. They explained that in June they sent out emails (did not receive) saying that because our membership was connected to our Medicare gym (Renew)insurance and we did not come to the gym for 90 days they were canceling our membership. It was not cost effective for them. They were doing this to all the people they considered snowbirds! First let me say that we are not snowbirds! We go to Colorado every year for 2-3 months to visit our daughter and grand children. Second when we are here we both go anywhere from 2-3 times a week. I’m truly upset by this business decision they have made. I will truly miss the instructors and the other seniors I have met there. The classes were great but I can not afford to pay for a membership. I don’t expect to go for free but I wonder if this was really a smart decision on their part or are they looking for a younger clientele?

Fantastic gym, has classes included with membership and one free pt session every momth. Very clean with 24/7 access love it.

So disappointing. I belong to the Lake Worth location where I’ve always had a great experience. I came to the Lantana location tonight to try a class with a friend who is not a member. The man working at the desk was chatting on the phone the whole time he was checking us in and told me that the “one free class” promo posted on their website is not valid because they “just changed their deals”. Worse than his refusal to honor it (even though it is still posted on their website with no end date listed) was the dismissive and unfriendly attitude we were met with. I hope the $15 drop in fee was worth the loss of a potential customer. Terrible customer service experience, grateful to have the kind staff in Lake Worth.
