The studio is absolutely amazing! Stephanie is one of the best instructors I have danced with. Her classes are so fun, upbeat and everyone there has great energy. I have been attending classes here for over a year now and this has quickly become a happy place for me. I have made so many friends and look forward to every class. I am excited to continue 🤗

I LOVE THIS GYM! I’m an absolute gym rat and have tried lots of gym including lifetime, EOS, Orange theory and planet fitness and this is by far the best. Lots of amenities and you get a lot for your money. Good atmosphere and I not overcrowded like other gyms. Very friendly staff and always very clean. The General Manager of this location and is absolutely amazing. Highly recommend

Love the gym, the instructors and the child care. The member services is the problem. First when I signed up I was told the child care was included and then when I went to drop off the first time found out it was a separate charge. Not a big deal because good value but not was I was expecting. Then when I went to cancel I arrived at 10 min to 8 and the staff said member services is the only one who could cancel and they wouldn't be in until 8. Also no manager available. You cannot cancel any other way except walking in. So I waited and member services never arrived after waiting 40 min. I had to go to work so I still haven't been able to cancel. Not a great experience.

The club is very well maintained. When something is not right they have a maintenance team that handles everything in a timely matter. Front desk people are amazing. Management team is ready to help. I overall love this club.

This gym goes crazy. You gotta meet John, he’s the goat. Jenna is the greatest manager of all time, super charismatic and nice to her employees. I’d recommend this place for sure.

I have had the pleasure of being a member at Mountainside Fitness for some time now, and I can confidently say that a significant part of my positive experience stems from the incredible staff who I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know. One of the MSR managers that has been lovely is Taylor. From the first day she started at this location, Taylor greeted me with a warm smile and genuine friendliness that instantly made me feel welcome 💕 What truly sets Taylor apart is her remarkable kindness and respectfulness towards every member and staff. She creates an inclusive atmosphere where everyone feels valued, regardless of their fitness level. It’s evident that she takes the time to know her clients and their needs, which fosters a sense of community that is hard to find elsewhere. I have witnessed Taylor handle stressful situations with clients who were understandably frustrated or upset (no lie, people have yelled, insulted and been absolutely horrible humans). Her resilience and ability to remain calm under pressure are truly inspiring!!! Instead of shying away from challenges, she embraces them with grace, listening attentively and offering thoughtful solutions. Her dedication to ensuring that everyone leaves with a positive experience is commendable. Taylor's leadership not only enhances the environment of Mountainside Fitness but also uplifts those around her. I am grateful for her unwavering support and encouragement, and I believe I speak for many when I say that she is a true asset to this fitness community. Thank you, Taylor, for all that you do!

This is by far the best Gym experience I have had in the Valley. Family owned, local business that runs a great spot for anyone interested in almost any aspect of fitness. I will continue to go here as long as I live in Phoenix. They do classes, and have personal trainers you can select that run their own business through the gym. (better experience IMO vs a commercial setting as you pick a well qualified trainer depending on your goal vs getting set with one.)

This is THE best gym in AZ. I come from California and it really gives the “Gold’s Gym” vibes which I love. Everyone here is serious about their fitness unlike some other places here in Arizona. Gym has an enormous amount of equipment that you’ll be so flustered on which to use. Owner and management are excellent and I highly recommend any gym goers looking for the best gym.

Best gym in AZ. So much equipment variety and multiples you can always get a machine, power room, platforms, great lockers. The owner is wonderful and knows you by name. Highly recommend making this your gym home.

Mai Tushi had a good time, I make every muscle in, Mai Tushi achy and sore. So many machines to use on Mai Tushi. Make me smile. I hurt a lot, good hurt. Cowboys suck Go Sons! 😃🤠

4.8 stars! I had my son’s 6th birthday party at ninja nation yesterday & it was great. I’d highly recommend hosting a birthday party there on Sunday during their last time slot because it feels like you have the WHOLE venue to yourself. I had almost 30 kids attend & the staff was very accommodating & attentive to my guests needs/safety. Pros: Fun experience for the kiddos, colorful plates (blue dinner plates with red dessert plates), accommodating/ friendly staff (ex: helped with party set up, 3-4 staff members on the floor to play games with the kids), awesome management (they let us bring in a piñata & backdrop). Most indoor facilities will not allow this, so that was a HUGE bonus. Cons: Pizza delivery was very late…was suppose to be delivered/ served at 5 pm, however didn’t arrive until the end of the party time slot. Some guests left without eating. 😞 The staff provided a $160 gym pass & prolonged the party free of charge due to the inconvenience. Improvement suggestions: punctuality for food; ensuring there’s enough drinking pitchers for large parties. Despite the inconvenience, I’d definitely book here again for a birthday party. The kids had so much fun that they didn’t even want to sit down for cake. That’s why you see only half of the guests pictured during cake time.

The people there were really kind to me and my family, they were happy to teach/tell us anything we wanted to kno and when we were done even patched our hands up. The challenges were super fun as well. All in all no complaints whatsoever, I really appreciate everyone who helped us out from the kids who introduced us to chalk for our hands to the coaches/staff who helped guide us through everything! Definitely will be coming back soon 😁

My son had his 8th Birthday party here, and it went without a hitch. The party was awesome. Every child enjoyed themselves, while the parents got to sit, relax and watch. The other parties were staggered so it didn’t seem overcrowded, the whole process was simple and all the employees were welcoming, helpful, willing to help, show tips and tricks and assist in every way. The manager PJ is very helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend checking this place out. They also have summer camps!

We attended a birthday party there for 7 year olds. While most of the staff was kind there was one person in particular who was extremely rigid. Adults just showing their kids how to do something required to pay, and they weren’t kind about it. They seemed to be also very strict about time (no other parties were happening). The kids ate cake and were no longer allowed to play because that was the end. We asked if they could have 15 more minutes and it was a hard NO. I’d understand if there were other parties going on or if another party was coming, but the facility was EMPTY. For $500 plus on a 2.5 hour party I would have liked to see more flexibility.

For years I've been hoping a ninja gym would open near us. It's finally happened! My kids and I can now live out our dreams of being ninjas! We love the variety of ever changing obstacles to practice on. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Can't wait to try a class to really step up our game. Don't forget the chalk to keep your hands from blistering.
