I love The Grove. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate the accommodations they make to be inclusive toward neurodiversity. I feel like the black colors help my daughter focus. Big self esteem booster for her. 😌

I’m so blessed we found Grove Fitness for my daughter. It has been such a help for her. Coach Bryan is so patient and kind and he connects with my daughter. He pushes her to do things she thinks she can’t and is very positive for her. He talks to her and shows care and connection for her.

I have tried finding a gym for my cognitively delayed adult daughter. I was so excited when your Loomis location opened. Marco is amazing and my daughter is thriving. Thank you for creating the perfect setting for so many individuals out here who have wanted a gym to call home.

My daughter has thrived at Grove fitness. We have tried other gyms but I was unable to get her to attend. At Grove she reminds me when it’s time to be there. Her coach has been very encouraging and goes with the flow of whatever she comes up with.

Stretch lab is excellent. I signed up for three sessions but will definitely continue on. My therapist knew right away what was causing my problems and we and he stretched me out. I have never had someone assist me and what a difference it makes. I am very pleased and believe I will be using Stretch Lab for a very long time.

From our first session Nick Burnett has carefully monitored my physical progress helping me gain strength and flexibility. He understands the differing needs I have including how to work through arthritis pain, inflammation and an old injury as an older athlete. Nick walks me through each stretch in every session with great verbal cues always working from my current and changing needs. I look forward to every session knowing that I am in good hands. The regular, individual assessments keep me productive. Nick gives me “homework” stretches to do at home to improve myself even before returning to StretchLab! Just had a session with Justin and now I’m not dealing with pain anymore after my 14 mile run today! These guys are great.

Buyer beware. I tried to call StretchLab in Elk Grove to schedule an appointment. The first red flag was when I had to press 1 to redeem a $100 gift voucher as part of a marketing scheme. I did (there was no other option) and was connected to a telemarketer who refused to give me StretchLab Elk Grove's direct number before I gave my phone number, email, and mailing address to receive the marketing voucher. The phone agent stuck to their script, telling me the benefits of the voucher, and I continued to politely refuse to give my information. The agent hung up on me. I drove to StretchLab Elk Grove to try and make an appointment in person and discovered much to my surprise, their location is vacant. No sign outside. No equipment inside. The property appears to be waiting renovation for a new business. My gift card I had intended to use is worthless. The business is closed, yet their website gives all the appearance of being open with photos of smiling staff. Look at their calendar. No appointment times are available. Very disappointing and dishonest business.

One of the best place to start your fitness journey at. I have been with them for a year and half now and I love it. The coaches are attentive, caring and provide services per your needs and help you throughout your fitness journey, by providing meal plans, workout routine, stretching class, boxing and also if you had an injury or surgery done, they will modify exercises so that you are still on track towards your health and fitness journey. This place is family oriented meaning everyone is treated like family and you become part of this community which is hard to find nowadays. I highly recommend this place to everyone. One of the best. ♥️♥️♥️

If you're looking for a warm, family-like environment with hands-on coaching, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. The owners and coaches take time to get to know you personally and help you with whatever fitness goals you need to achieve. Every year, the staff plan a weekend group vacation with the members to get to know them even further. AMAZING. I had injuries and staff always cheerfully had modifications ready whenever I needed and asked me every day how I was on my recovery and ready to adjust! Finally, the place is CLEAN. Sanitizers and wipes always at the ready and wiped down between sets and workouts. As someone that is immuno-compromised, this is a HUGE SELLING POINT for me! Please check them out!

I got to say one of the best aspect of this gym is the Great coaches!!! They really give you their time to help you reach your goals and a helping hand when life tries to hold you down.Another important part of this gym is the community and how everyone helps push and look out for each other. So i welcome everyone to try it and let the fun time begin
