Such an awesome place!! Sling Bungee Fitness is one of the coolest and funnest workouts I’ve ever done!! Candace Williams has created an atmosphere that encourages and promotes helping women to be the best they can be!! If you haven’t tried it yet.... what are you waiting for?!

By far the most fun and effective workout I’ve ever done!! All of the instructors are fantastic, you feel welcome the minute you walk in the door. All I can say is super positive things about Sling Bungee. Once you go I promise you will be hooked!!

Sling Bungee Fitness is one of the most amazing workout experiences I have had. The instructors are simply amazing; personal, professional and supportive. I LOVE my workouts! Trust me, never said that before. Candace, Angie, Megan, Shonda - anyone of them offers classes of sweat and fun. ❤️

I absolutely loved my training at Sling Bungee! Candace is an outstanding instructor and takes the time to break down every skill all while making it fun! Her class gave me the confidence to do each skill safely and progressively! I love this place!!

I cannot say enough good things about this workout! First of all, it is FUN. The moves are simple and easy to learn while the instructor, Candace, is incredibly encouraging. I truly got a low impact workout that didn't hurt my joints, but once I was out of the bungee I could feel that I really did the work which was great! If you're on the fence, grab a friend, and go have the best time bouncing around - you won't regret it!
