Wonderful, family owned establishment. Huge array of machines and equipment in a clean, safe environment! Ryan and Patricia care so much about their client’s health and wellbeing. I’ve trained with Patricia for almost 10 years and her love for fitness and maintaining healthy habits is awe inspiring. Ryan has worked with my daughter for 2 years for sports specific training and elevated her athletic level exponentially!! He’s now also working with my teen son to build safe and knowledgeable weightlifting and gym habits. I could not recommend this gym and its owners more!

I’ve been a member of this amazing gym for almost 4 years or so.First of all Ryan and Patricia are great people inside and out but there combined knowledge of bodybuilding and fitness is second to none,I am registered disabled from an roofing accident 30 plus years ago and have suffered from injuries ever since, I decided to commit to a fitness training program with Ryan and try to build up strength in my legs.Needless to say it was life changing, my quality of life changed within weeks,now I’m a regular at this amazing gym and do full body workouts 5 days a week. Highly recommend you checking them out, Ryan also set me up with a diet plan and I lost over30lbs. Patricia & Ryan got me on track & in even better shape than when I was in my 20’s. Their facility is literally one of the nicest, most equipped gyms I’ve ever been a member of. I would HIGHLY recommend them & their gym any day of the week!

I'm a 45yr T-10 Paraplegic. You want a gym that doesn't judge you. A gym that pushes you to be a better you. Then this is what you need. Great equipment and clean gym. The owners want to know you and your goals. You won't find that in a 10 dollar gym. So don't be afraid of a gym. And come get you some.

I have been training at this gym since they opened and have had some of my best workouts here! I have traveled and trained in many gyms and can assure you, this gyms equipment is some that you won’t find anywhere else. The gym is always clean and you don’t have all the “influencers” walking around making videos! Check it out!
