Never thought I’d ever fall in love with the a gym/working out but since joining Bodied Fitness I have! The atmosphere is incredible. Everyone is so nice and welcoming as well as encouraging & Coach D is going to push and encourage you to step out of ya comfort zone!

Just found out about this place this weekend and was very impressed with the room and ability to bring my son here and practice baseball during rainy days. Couple batting cages, a good throwing area with turf mat laid on the floor, a weight lifting area, and upstairs lounge. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get some cage time in! ⚾️🥎

THE BEST ALL IN ONE FACILITY ! Amazing space! My son and I can get a workout at the same time! The staff is very knowledgeable and kind as soon you walk in the door! I highly recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for any type of specialized training!

Phenomenal staff! Your one stop shop for all your sport, fitness and health, as well as entertainment (party venue) needs! They have a program for EVERY member of the family whether you’re looking to brush up on your athletic skills or for the parents who are looking for a convenient place to work out while their kids train or you need to host a party, banquet or meeting then LOOK NO FURTHER! CSTC is the place to be!
