The classes are amazing. I tried TRX, aerial yoga, and bungee. I cannot wait until they reopen. I had a lot of fun. The instructors deeply care about their students and everyone is so welcoming. I definitely recommend it!

Absolutely amazing and fun! You'll get a great workout! There are cardio options, strength training and trx! The owners and instructors are incredibly kind, offer correction and offer encouragement! I love this place!!
