Best Dance Studio near Orlando, Florida

When moving from NY I had a hard time finding adult dance classes. An advertisement for Studio K popped up and the rest is history. The wide array of styles keeps me learning and growing as not only a performer, but a teacher and choreographer. The teachers are incredible. I haven't had a class I didnt LOVE. Kristin is a gem and I am so grateful this studio exists. I'd recommend everyone to take classes here!

Studio K is the BEST environment for both the professional dancer and first timer. Come to one class and you will be coming back! Great variety of classes, knowledgeable instructors and staff, and lots of fun!

Studio K is the EPITOME of community and FUN!!! If you are looking for a dance studio where you can learn and challenge yourself in a completely judgement free place, look no further. Typically each class has a warm up, some drills, and a short combo. Do yourself a favor and stop by for a class!!!!

If I could rate Studio K as a 10 I absolutely would!!! I found this place by accident at the beginning of 2022. Someone mentioned "pound" yoga and I'd never heard of it so I googled and Studio K popped up! I looked at what they offered and what first caught my eye was the Lightsaber Fitness, being a huge Star Wars fan, my curiosity was piqued! I needed to see what it was all about. Not wanting to show my Star Wars "geekness" I went by myself and attended the Zumba class prior to the LS class. WOW! What an incredible, high energy rush that was!!! The instructor was amazing. GREAT workout!!! After Zumba I asked if I could hang around to watch the Lightsaber class and was enthusiastically told "Absolutely"! Fast forward to now, not only have I enjoyed the Lightsaber classes, but seeing other classes go on, I got the courage to attend others. You see, I've never danced in my life, but wanted to give it a try, because, you know.. YOLO. I absolutely LOVE the classes. It's a total "no judgement" zone. The instructors are friendly, knowledgeable and very understanding to people like me who have questions on how to do dance moves I'm not familiar with. I LOVE the musical theater/jazz classes and workshops! So much fun and camaraderie! My favorite of the fitness classes is Broadway Burn. The instructor, Liz, is a bundle of energy and creativity with all the dance fitness choreography to awesome broadway soundtracks! I honestly could go on and on about how AWESOME Studio K is, but I will leave you with this....just go...you know you wanna! P.S. Pound classes with Aileen are awesome too!!!!! 😁

My daughter has been with Movez for the last two years and we absolutely love it here! Joined the studio with no previous experience and was able to learn so much in a relatively short time .She has been doing pretty much all the classes this studio has. Also my daughter has been a part of their competitive team which she loves so much. Let me tell you that all the coaches are great and go above and beyond to get their students to the next level. The studio director Andrea is fantastic (with a lot of experience) at making studio runs smoothly. She always there to help and answer questions. I love the spacious studios with the floor to the ceiling mirrors. The growth that I have seen not only from her but all the dancers is outstanding.

I have two girls enrolled in cheer at Movez: one on tiny sparks and one on live wire. Both LOVE their cheer days and their second home. They feel welcome and safe when they enter and leave exhausted and happy. Communication from the coaches and the team moms has been great. They offer extra private lessons to the girls (extra fee but worth it) that are very beneficial. They try to set up fundraisers to help off set the costs. We are one competition in and the girls did great- looking forward to the rest of competition season.

My daughter has been taking several dance classes in Movez and she loves it. She has been dancing for over a year and we are impressed with her progress. She is very quiet and introverted and has been able to come out of her shell. They make her feel like family. She was able to join the competitive team last year and they all did amazing. She loves her teachers. They are caring and very talented. Ms Andrea is always available for any questions and she is very passionate of what she does. We really love Movez Dance and we cannot wait to see what this year holds.

We love Movez dance studio!! From Ms. Andrea at the front desk to the amazing teachers, including Ashley, Anna, Raquel and EJ, you won't find a better group of people to entrust your children with! They all really care about and lift up the children there and it's such a beautiful and warm spirited place for kids to thrive. Both my girls have blossomed at this studio, in dance but also as little people ❤️

Our daughter has had a wonderful experience in the world of cheer, thanks to the thoughtful programming & coaching at Movez Dance and Cheer. They really go out of their way to make it a very positive and welcoming environment for the girls. My daughter loves it, she’s learning, she looks forward to class and her love for has grown! She started at 2 and she even identifies and uses professional dance terminology and technique. The teachers are friendly, personable and professional. They offer a variety of classes such as tumbling, pre-ballet and pre-jazz-even for young learners! The class schedule is flexible class and suitable for a working parent. I look forward to my daughter’s progress and longevity in dance. If you’re searching for a dance school, I recommend this one!
