Dropping into CrossFit PPG was an awesome experience! TJ has built a welcoming community where everyone was super supportive. His coaching was clear, personalized, and focused on proper form, making the workout both effective and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a box with great coaching and an amazing community, CrossFit PPG is a must-visit!

Excellent place! I sent an email and left a voicemail the day before, and the owner, TJ, texted me back within minutes. Very reasonably priced drop-in rate. Normally droppings are 20 bucks but it was 25 if I bought a T-shirt, which just made sense. Very friendly members. TJ also greeted me and he coached the morning 5:30 AM session. He is very helpful and knowledgeable! I absolutely love the PR bell a.k.a. personal record Bell. I rang ir twice and I thought it was a nice little addition. I haven’t seen that at other CrossFit boxes. I will be back!

In my opinion: PPG Crossfit is One of the best gyms in metro Atlanta to work out! The CrossFit classes are excellent. The staff and also the members are very helpful. Atmosphere is friendly and fun.

Dropped in for two workouts while I was in town on business. Matt led one class and TJ led the other. Both workouts were really good. Really good instruction and very organized class. Definitely recommend if you’re in town.

I evacuated from the Asheville North Carolina area after Hurricane Helene and hadn’t moved my body in awhile. I was in desperate need of a workout to move my body. CrossFit PPG kindly opened their doors for me and treated me like one of their members. The space is spacious and clean, the gym is well equipped and the partner MetCon WOD was exactly what I needed. I would highly recommend this gym if you’re local or if you need a welcoming gym to drop into.
