Three years ago, a friend invited me to attend a class with her and from that first class I was hooked. The owners and the coaches are absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable. On top of that, the owners have built a community within their gym. From actively fostering social connections, to organizing events, celebrating successes, and creating a supportive environment where people feel comfortable sharing their fitness journeys.

Joining this CrossFit gym was a life changing decision for my husband and I! I highly recommend this for anyone regardless of age or current fitness level! The coaching team modifies the workouts to make them safe for everyone! I have so much fun at the classes!

POFP has changed my body and has changed my life. I'm stronger, more flexible, and just all around more healthy. I've often said that joining this community has been one of the best decision I've made as an adult. It is a very supportive group where I attend class regularly and have made new friends. Highly recommend to all.

Love having a place so close to home, filled with great equipment, enthusiastic members, knowledgeable & caring coaches, and fun fitness programming!! Makes it easier to get motived and get moving!!

It’s always hard to try something new, but be brave and try out our CrossFit community! I love the people and the workouts. Everyone is very welcoming. And you gain physical strength and mental resilience. Most of all, We have a lot of fun!!
