I signed up at UCan a little more than a year ago, turns out it has been a life changing experience. I am 62 years old and have wondered how long I will be able to keep doing CrossFit. I don’t think about it anymore, the coaches have been great at suggesting scales for the Work Outs, while keeping me in tune with the group. I would definitely recommend UCan for anyone interested in being active and seeking a healthy lifestyle.
