Love the Trivium community. Coach Kristen is great! She has a good read of people, a sense of humor, but also takes the coaching seriously and pushes people to do better.

Francisco is a great coach. He is patient with beginners like me and explains the movements perfectly. He organizes the classes in a really logical way and is enthusiastic and encouraging. Love Coach Fransisco!

I recently started CrossFit as my primary source of physical fitness 4 months prior to joining trivium. I knew trivium would be a step up from what I was doing prior, but I felt extremely welcomed and encouraged not only by the coaches but the members as well. I’m still fairly new to a lot of the movements, but the coaches have been eager to work with me on becoming more effecient and smarter in these movements. Excited to keep learning and pushing myself along side the trivium family.

This is the best gym in the greater Nashville area. Nate has put a ton of care into building a wonderful community.
