Best Crossfit Gym near Boylston, Massachusetts

I stopped in for a 6:30am session while visiting my brother (he’s a regular - I’m more of a runner). Tommy was great - very welcoming and friendly. He explained all the activities and let us go at our own pace. The gym is clean, well-equipped and inviting for people at all levels. Look forward to going again during my next visit. Thanks!

TeamLift has one of the best coaches in the area in coach Tommy. He really knows his stuff and creates a great class experience for members. He is able to meet someone where they are and give them the proper dose of exercise to make progress and stay healthy. The members are super welcoming and the gym is spacious and clean. TeamLift is a great gym - I highly recommend it!

So I’m a gym rat. But have never done CrossFit. Today I took my first class at Brutality CrossFit in Boylston. I am surprised at how much I enjoyed myself. Don’t get me wrong it was a work out. And I know I’m going to feel it tomorrow. I was so grateful for the kindness of the people there. if I didn’t know the next move, someone would show me no problem. The Instructor (Lauren) was incredibly helpful and showed me the correct way to do the moves. Since I’ve never lifted. It’s not only lifting but high impact intensity training. I am so happy I finally committed to this place. I absolutely recommend this place to everyone looking to get a great work out.

Crossfit Brutality is a great CrossFit gym. The gym is giant. It is in a safe and quiet neighborhood. There is a lot of free parking outside of the gym. All of the equipment is new. The owner is very nice, helpful and knowledge about training and paleo dieting. The gym has excellent hours. When weather is nice, sessions often take place outdoors. If you are looking for a crossfit gym, this is your place.
