CrossFit Uncommon is not just a gym but a community of great people that push each other to be better. The owners (Jenna & Mark) are super welcoming and fun. They'll push and hold you accountable because they care. Programming is fun and very scalable to your fitness level. There are multiple workout tracks like Strength/Bodybuilding, CrossFit, etc. Such a great gym.

Not many gyms do it right, but Uncommon does. A lot of gyms cater to either regular exercisers or high-performance athletes, but can’t satisfy both. Uncommon can. If you’re competitive, that’s available, but it’s not in your face. If you’re new or just want to get fit, there are a bunch of different ways to do that and the approach/programming is as flexible as you want it to be. Nothing is forced. Coaching - the owners and coaches know their sh*t. Period. A lot of gyms have coaches who are good cheerleaders, but don’t actually know how you should move. Uncommon coaches can actually give you the proper cues to prevent injury and improve your performance. The programming is spot-on and every workout has a high-level option, middle option, and the coaches always offer plenty of flexibility if something doesn’t work for you. You can’t go wrong.

Such an amazing gym to be part of. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and work hard to get to know every member and their individual needs. The sense of community here is great, everyone is of mixed abilities and as a beginner you never feel intimidated, just encouraged! The extra workshops they put on make such a difference when you want to learn and perfect the skills needed to make the most out of your workout. They also offer functional strength and body building which is great for people just looking to lose body fat, build muscle and gain strength. The gym is always spotless as well :) if you’ve never tried CrossFit this is the place to give it a go, guaranteed you will LOVE IT! :)

Love this gym and its whole vibe!! Fantastic coaching, and a spot for all fitness levels. Whether you're a beginner, or RX+ athlete you will feel welcome, and get a great workout. People are friendly. Programming is on point, so you will see results if you put in the time. Highly Recommend this gym. You will not be disappointed!

Joining this place has been the best decision I’ve made all year. Seriously, in just a few months, I feel stronger and fitter than ever. The coaching is fantastic. Mark really knows how to push you to that next level, and he makes sure you understand the movements and how to do them right. When I’m not training with him, I’ve been diving into one-on-ones and group sessions with Tarek, Jenna, Cole, and Rachel, and they’re all amazing too! Plus, the community is awesome. I’ve made some great friendships, and I love that a few coaches are animal-based like me. Can’t wait to see where my progress takes me in a few months. Wish I had joined way sooner! Anytime I come across someone asking for gym recommendations, I immediately tell them to check this place out and take advantage of their free intro. Trust me, they won’t regret it!
