Great positive energy associated with this gym making everyone feel welcome from beginners just trying to become better versions of themselves too advanced. Don’t over think this one if your considering joining a boxing gym. Not to mention on how great coach Sparks and coach Justin are! Thanks for having me and my son.

Best and realest boxing gym I've been too. Amazing environment, atmosphere and coaches that actually care, push you, and most importantly make you feel like family because it is one big family at Pound 4 pound boxing!

Been coming 2 months and I love it. My son also visited with me and was very excited! Good people , good times ! A great gym for people that are serious and great for people who just want fitness or even great discipline! I personally can't wait to get my son involved and signed up!!!!

In the span of 2 months, my 9-year old has become stronger physically and mentally. We are so glad we found this gym. My son even wrote about how the coaches have had a positive affect on him, for a school assignment.

I highly recommend this boxing and fitness studio. I have been a member for over 4 months now. My boxing skills have greatly improved, with LaManna’s coaching. If boxing is something you always wanted to try, come take a free class. This type of training helps, lower stress levels, improves heart health and weight loss. It’s “ all good” give it a try, what do you have to lose. 🥊
