Fantastic workouts and super helpful staff. It does not matter what your experience level is with kickboxing, nor your fitness level. The people here will help you get in a good workout.

I have been attending this gym since October 2023, and it has been an incredible experience. Tyler and the instructors are exceptionally friendly and professional, always motivating and pushing us to do our best. I've had more fun here than at any other kickboxing gyms I've attended. I will miss this place and definitely plan to return in the future if I can. Highly recommended!

Decided its time to lose the Quarantine 15 and went for my first class! If you sign up online, your first class is free. KJ was the instructor and was intense... but a good intense. The work out was high energy and you are encouraged to go at your own pace. You will definitely feel it the next day! My free experience went so well that I signed up for a membership! The gloves and hand wraps came with the membership, and that was a great surprise and incentive. I will make this my 3xs a week habit!

Ring of hope is an amazing inclusive club for all skill levels. The staff is so nice and the kids work hard. I have seen kids get into great shape and focus their energy to achieve their goals. I love this place.

Ring of Hope is a good gym. My son been going their for 2 months and he loves it. He learned a lot. Good trainers, good staff and good organization. Its a good gym all around. I also love the fact that they prey after every session.

why would anyone in The Colony wish to contribute to your horrid organization? My child is not "allowed" to attend because she is under 12. The volunteers/employees (who knows?) are the bottom of the barrel when working with youth. This organization is detrimental to our youths located in The Colony.. The only reason I'm sending this email is that it will be destroyed by your disgusting staff. Which I am fine with...I'll post a copy on Google reviews.

This is an amazing outreach that is truly impacting young men and women. The leadership team and the many volunteers are extremely committed to serving our children. I highly recommend RING OF HOPE to any Middle Ages teens.. Thank you, ROH

My two kids have been joyfully attending for a year but were told that they are no longer welcomed. Now there is a waiting list and new management. I can no longer recommend this establishment due to their poor communication with both the parents and the children.
