Stick and move boxing is a phenomenal experience for beginners, intermediate and advanced boxers. You can really get an old school feel from the atmosphere. You can tell Coach Leo really cares for his fighters by the way he pushes them and emphasizes footwork and defensive technique. Also Coach Lo definitely pushes the fighters in strength and conditioning to make sure if you want to compete that you’re in fighting shape. I would 100% recommend for any age or experience level.

Coach Bubba, is truly amazing. His patience and flawless efforts with the kids is beyond remarkable. My cousin has made so much improvement since he’s been working with coach Bubba. I have noticed major changes in his attitude since he’s been working with coach. This journey has been beyond amazing to experience so far and I can’t wait to see where coach takes him.
