I had the privilege of taking a two-week course with David, and let me tell you, his high-intensity training is the real deal. David's approach to training is nothing short of remarkable. His high-energy sessions pushed me to my limits and helped me discover new levels of strength and endurance. The intensity of the workouts is undoubtedly effective, but I must admit that there were moments when it felt almost too challenging. However, I appreciate the fact that David tailors his training to individual capabilities, ensuring that everyone can benefit and progress at their own pace. Beyond the intense workouts, what truly sets Elite Pro Boxing apart is the genuine love I have for this gym. The camaraderie among members and the welcoming atmosphere make every visit feel like coming home. From the moment I walked in, I was met with smiles and encouragement from both staff and fellow participants. Very bad experience. I took my 5 year old son here in hopes he could try out a class. The coach said he wouldn’t be allowed to, that he has to sit quiet for an hour and then he would be able to participate. Ok no problem, my son is well behaved. As I’m walking over to sit down with my son he stops me and says “I can already tell he’s too little” and asks my son how old he is. My son didn’t respond cause he was shy. He pointed to another 5 year old in his class and said he’s advanced for his age, implying my son isn’t. He then said “that’s it, that was the test. He can’t do the class.” He literally gave him no chance whatsoever. It went from the test being him having to watch an entire class, to him having to leave within a minute simply because he didn’t say his age. My son is very athletic and smart, just shy. They’re incredibly rude. We rode away in the car with my son being very sad and him asking us why they didn’t let him box.

Coach Steve Rodarte is an amazing coach...when we first went to the gym my son was too young to start he was 5.. We waited until he was old enough to pay attention and to spar .. by age 7 he was ready to go! He learned so much about himself here and coach steve has many people who have nothing but good remarks about him... when we wear our shirts we wear them with pride! And we get stopped all the time because people know and i have friends who came to Elite when they were youg and have great memories of their experience here.. All the Coaches here are amazing, dedicated and are ready to condition you you and your kids will hve a great experiance here.. and if you want to go pro and you have what it takes! I highly recommend the Coaches here! They are not just Coaches but have also been Pro boxers as well... thank You for being such an amazing gym!

Been training here for a couple months now, and coach Rene is excellent at pushing you to your potential. If your looking to learn boxing or further take your skills to the next point then this is the place honestly

I’ve been coming/training here for 3 months now, & I promise you this is the best gym one can find. World class fighter BRANDON ADAMS in your ear giving you knowledge & experience that’s worth way more than the cost of the monthly membership, and the one and only COACH KAM the voice & soul of the gym, who puts you through the ringer & doesn’t let you miss a step, regardless of your experience level. The greatest part about this gym is that each fighter/student/client is genuinely treated the same. With care & expectations of giving 100%. No egos. No attitude, an honest COMMUNITY. So many talented and future talented boxers here, all levels. Worst part about this gym is that it isn’t open 24/7. Hence the 4/5 stars. James “Casino” Guerrero

Cannonnation is a high quality boxing gym with elite coaches in a safe environment. Coach Kam and Coach Brandon love what they do and are excellent at it. Gym members are treated with respect at all levels; from the kids to the professionals. After training with the coaches for only one month, my son won his amateur bout. They gave him the confidence and support needed to compete in the highly competitive LBC33 circuit. If you are a fighter, you will be receiving training at a championship level. If you are not a fighter and want an intense but super fun workout, you have to try the group sessions! And if you have a child interested in learning boxing fundamentals, the care and attention they will receive is awesome. I highly recommend trying out a class, you'll definitely want to join after!

Started boxing here about 6 months ago!!! I learned a lot just from the atmosphere and by watching everyone!!! I also had some training one on one and I still continue to work on the things I've learned!! Everyone is very welcoming and everyone's motivation helps me continue to want to box!!!

Whether you're training for Mental Health, Fitness, Self Defense or Competition, This is a healthy environment to grow with quality coaches who care. I felt like family the minute I walked through the door. The Coaches are relatable, down to earth individuals even though they are both Superstars they take a personal interest in all there students. I've taken a few boxing classes in other gyms in the past and Cannonnation Boxing is the best boxing gym I've been to, by far. From my first class, Coach Kammm and Coach Brandon were very welcoming. Knowing Coach Brandon's background as an elite fighter already gave me supreme confidence in his knowledge, and I learn a ton in each training session with him. Also as a person he is very down-to-earth and hilarious - His positive energy and humor definitely makes the tough training sessions really fun. Coach Kammm is excellent at what she does as well, and explains the techniques in a way that is very easy to understand and implement. When I requested feedback on my progress, I was surprised by how available both coaches were to answer my questions and to take the time to give very detailed feedback and advice. Overall the atmosphere is fun, everyone - amateur fighters to beginners - are very supportive and friendly, and the sessions are effective - I never imagined I would learn this much in just a couple of months. Strongly recommend this gym to anyone interested in boxing
