True, traditional boxing gym. Awesome music, good environment for a hard workout, clean. Good vibes, family crowd. This is the place you want to be for central California. You'll see some up and comers and a few old stars, too. Coach Danny is a great athlete.

My 10 year old daughter goes to the kids class. They have her exercise and do boxing for self defense! The coaches are all knowledgeable at what they do and are great with her! She loves it! I also go to the adult classes. I've worked out at other gyms, but there's no comparison to Rock boxing! You will definitely get what you sign up for which is an intense, kick a** work out each and every time! If I'm not sure about how to do a exercise coach Danny or coach B are there to show me! It's definitely a friendly environment! You won't regret it, I don't!

Great Boxing Gym, was 180 lbs when I started -- currently down to 158 lbs (whoa!). Coach Jesus is the real MVP and takes his time with the new guys, plus he's always keeping a keen eye for any mistakes. Coach Fish is friendly as can be -- don't let your guard down when you're sparring him tho -- and Coach Dani has a vast wealth of knowledge and is great at managing all aspects of the gym. Five stars would recommend to anybody who's looking to fight, looking to lose some weight, who wants to defend themselves, or who's simply itching to learn boxing. --- Pablo

Check out Rock Boxing gym if you’re interested in learning some self defense. As a mom and woman, I decided to try the Rock Boxing Gym to learn some self defense and it’s been such a life changing experience for myself. I’ve learned so much from Coach Danny, Fish,Jesus, Cobra, and Vaquero. They are all very knowledgeable in the sport and conditioning which has helped me push myself and believe in myself. I’ve learned so much from conditioning, to better eating habits and boxing techniques. My 9 year old son also started going to gain more self confidence and it has been a positive experience for him. My son who is shy and quiet is much more confident in himself and his skills. The coaches have really worked with him during the kids class to help develop his skills. Totally recommend the Rock. They have multiple classes throughout the day Monday - Friday beginning at 4:30 am and last one being at 8:45. Go check them out, you will not regret it!

If you look for a place that takes the sport seriously this gym is the way to go. Gym has over 15 amateur fighters and is willing to travel if you give it your over 100! coach Danny has help me in my professional career and has always showed me his dedication to the sport. Definitely appreciate what this gym has given me and the community. Cool thing is he has a one week free trial.

Schedule Mon-Wed 5-6: Kids 8-12 6-7: Young Adults 13-18 7-8: Adults Family-friendly environment. Great for kids and young adults. Coaches are awesome. They value instilling discipline and self accountability while developing a positive relationship with each child. The adult class is also great. Tough, but it gets easier with consistency. Open gym Thursday & Friday around the same times. Some Saturdays open.

My 9yo loves going to MXN boxing. He enjoys everything about it, especially the family friendly atmosphere. The owners, Coach Liza and Coach Josh are Awesome and know what they're doing. Since Cameron joined 6 months ago the gym has blossomed with lots of equipment and members. I highly recommend MXN Boxing if your looking for a gym or have someone in mind.
