Best Boxing Gym near Roslyn, Pennsylvania

I joined this awesome boxing gym while visiting my parents over the summer. I really appreciated how Kirk explained how to improve my form and footwork. Because of his instruction, my defensive stance is tighter and my punches more effective. The gym is very reasonably priced. The members were welcoming and the drills are appropriate for all levels. I only regret that my visit was so short- I’ll join again when I’m back in Philly. Thanks, Kirk!

They deserve 10 stars, honestly. I started my health journey in January, and I've been coming here ever since then. Lost 10lbs, and I feel better and better each time I go. Positive environment, good vibes all around and from everyone that comes there. Sean and Danny are legit the best trainers. They will work you as they should, but they also remind you to pace yourself. Your opponent is YOU. 4 months ago, there was no way I would've been on a treadmill going backward boxing. But here I am, still just trying my best. 🙌🏾

Best Boxing Gym I've ever been to! (From LA, Miami, to New York.) The energy and passion Danny and Sean provide is unlike anything else…If I can provide 50 stars to this review I would! Go check them out!

This has been a friendly and encouraging environment to learn boxing which has been a fun and amazing workout!! You won't find more knowledgeable, involved and dedicated trainers than Danny and Sean. I look forward to every workout with them!
