I highly recommend this training gym. Sense Patrik is awesome. I have an 8 year old boy who just started his boxing training. Sense Patrik is perfect for this, he has the perfect temperament for young kids. He is soft and respectful yet builds expectations for his students. If you have a child you want to introduce or even continue in an awesome dojo this is the place! I know my investment in my child is taken seriously! Thank you Sense Patrik

I’ve been taking self defense classes at this gym with Patrik, and I cannot say enough good things! Patrik teaches in a way that makes sense and he’ll start with whatever level you’re at and propel your skill and confidence. I 100% recommend this gym!
