Had my first personal training session today with Shakeem, he has been training my other friends for a while, so I decided to join. It was a tough workout, but so fun! Shakeem was super patient with me as this was my first time boxing, he was professional, and the gym was clean! Even had gloves for me to borrow until mine came in the mail. Highly recommend for any level boxing and a great workout!!!
