My son has gained confidence at James Shuler Boxing Gym. They have helped him to grow in and out of the ring and support his physical and academic goals. It has been a motivator for him in school and to grow as a boxer. The coaches are well versed in the professional aspects of training and the sport of boxing. Great place to train!

One of the best Boxing Gyms in the city, form the I want to be a fighter, to I just want to get into great shape, anything that has to do with Boxing or just getting into great shape you'll get here, they have classes for the little one as well, Just ask for Crystal after walking up the aboooout 50 steps to get into the gym and she'll help you with any and all you need, and if she can't help you she'll point you in the direction of someone who can... and most importantly .... KEEP YOUR HANDS UP, CHIN DOWN, AND YOUR ASS OFF THE FLOOR!!!

$85 for a first time class. Instructor looked mad I had never boxed before, ignored me to throw me on the treadmill for 20 minutes (destroying my knees and yelling at me whenever I turned the speed down), took money and made me feel like an idiot for bothering to come. Avoid

I’ve been coming here for a few years now and I can say that they have become like a second family. The owner, coaches, and others that show up are there to help you build up and not bring you down. Everyone gets along with each other and the coaches. I’ve never seen anyone who came look down on anyone who worked out here. Would recommend to anybody looking to have a good workout with nice people.

The past two years Philly’s Next Champ has won best boxing gym in the city. There is a reason why. The gym is spacious and equipped with the best equipment. The trainers are knowledgeable and go above and beyond to accommodate everyone’s individual skill set. The owner is friendly and dedicated to provide a comfortable environment. This is the only boxing gym I would train at. Simply love it there.

If you’re looking for a clean, safe space to work out or if you’re in need of a trainer this is the gym to be. The moment you walk in you’re greeted by someone with a smile. They’re super professional. My son learned so many skills in just two & a half months. They’re very informative, they care & if you’re in need of anything they will assure to help you. Most importantly my son loves this gym & his trainer. My son looks forward to his class, he enjoys it so much. I love how it’s kids friendly. This is great for any parents who want to work out but have a kid you can either sign them up for karate or a boxing class. This is the gym to be in. Top best in Philly. Highly recommend. Wish I could give them 10 stars

365 fitness loft is black owned excellence and one of my favorite places to workout in within the city! The inside of the loft is clean ,colorful, and organized plus all of the equipment works too! All of the staff are friendly, knowledgeable ,and encouraging ! Also if you have time make sure you checkout the Go Juice juice bar located inside ! All of the items are FRESH and FLAVORFUL plus will give you the fuel you need a before or after a intense session! I Highly recommend.

Staff very knowledgeable but doesn't hold their end of the deal sometimes. The transaction of business is one pays for the services agreed on. Once you've paid, you did your part. The service has to always be available that you paid for. Teachers have to show up for class, whether all or no students show up for class. The teacher gets paid regardless of who's there. But teachers not being available when they were paid to be available is unacceptable. It's good customer service for anything appointment to be made up if the instructor doesn't show up. No paying customer should lose out.

This gym is amazing!!!! You can have 24 hour access to the gym. They have a Juice Bar inside the 365 fitness loft which they have great cold pressed juices and delicious panini sandwiches. The trainers are great at what they do and will help you with your goals. I like this gym and I think it’s a great place to get a good workout going. Honestly I would totally recommend 👍🏽

I rarely review anything but felt compelled to as I have had such a positive experience with the gym. If you are considering giving it a try, don’t give it a second thought, just come in. I came in as a complete beginner and still relearning coordination coming off a hip surgery. The coaches are extremely patient and informative. The gym has helped my physical health, mental health, sobriety and self confidence tremendously. They have a positive impact on the community and it is easy to be a fan of this company and gym. Thank you Maleek and team!

Great gym for all skill levels from absolute beginners to advanced boxers. Maleek is a natural born teacher and you can sense that immediately. All the trainers/staff/members are really kind and welcoming, so you definitely get the feeling of community here, while also developing as a fighter and improving fitness.

Excellent instruction with a well designed and equipped training space! I recently did a one-on-one session with Maleek and was very impressed with his approach to teaching. He teaches you a skill, shares the logic behind it, has you try it out with him and then practice it, and then gives you just the right amount of time to rest before you start again. I am a corporate trainer by trade, and was really impressed with how well he explains things, and how well he builds confidence in you as a student. Highly recommend him / his program!

5 stars couldn’t begin to show how amazing this place is , the motivation , the dedication the time , this isn’t any run of the mill gym it’s community it’s purpose, I know I sound like I work for them but I don’t I put my three children in this gym to give them a more socializing while doing home school , but the gym has provided my children a very safe space. I suggest your bring your family as a unit because this is what kingdom is I thought it would be great for my children but it’s great for my family as a whole . This is not a homework club this is where you and your children will learn discipline and dedication and togetherness, you will learn patience and self care so that you can take care of your family . Thank you King and Ms.Nikki and the kingdom boxing family for welcoming me and my family with wide open arms we needed this and didn’t even know until we met with you guys

Me and a friend Cristina helped sponsor 4 young neighborhood boys, for guidance and endurance to help them stay mentally strong and focused. This gym has given them that and much more. I truly appreciate and would refer any child girl or boy here. They are the examples of what our children need.

If your gonna bring your kids here to work out, DON'T. They yell at you if you stop to get a drink of water or just take a quick break. Not to mention they literally make kids feel bad for not having as much energy as other kids. They make working out as annoying and not fun as it could be. I do not recommend and if your gonna work out just do it at home, it's much better. Coaches are annoying and unlikable. Also, kids won't wanna work out if they think the way ya'll do it is the only way to it. They put kids through the same workouts and shame the ones who can't do it as easily as others. Please start to take the individual kids into consideration and stop making them feel bad when other kids are more athletic. This leads to insecurities and nothing good. Instead of encouraging the kids who are trying to lose weight they favor the athletic ones. Hate this place.

Great gym for kids and learners.. it’s not a big “macho” gym full of intimidating fighters taking all the heavy bags from Jim who is just tryna box for fitness..it’s never overcrowded and always room to zone out in ya own space. The ppl who run the gym are humble a real ppl who experienced true life challenges... from the owner to the trainers, everybody has great sense of humility.

These people stand for LYING, VERBALLY ATTACKING FAMILES AND THREATENING TO BEAT CUSTOMERS! They cherry pick reviews, trying to silence folks instead of try to right wrongs. It’s beyond unprofessional! My story will be seen and surely won’t be the last of their problems the way their going. They handled customers by LYING AND DELETING. You NEVER SAW ME asking for a refund, at this point I deserve one but I expect you will keep making excuses for your GHETTO AND UNACCEPTABLE operations. How you're chose to respond speaks for itself. The poor representation was apparently spot on! Y'all won't be able to hide these ways forever. You enjoy losing money and respect though.

Seems like immigrants are not welcome here. (Came here legally, I also speak english, just said to some old guy that I wasn't American and had some questions. And He said that I better speak "American" while I was speaking in english with him. Not welcoming at all rather find a place that doesn't judge me before I even end a sentence.

I was a coach for Costello's for several years. Tim & pat are aces! Always looking out for the kids. always charged very little for membership.I always tried to spend = amount of time with each kid.Weather you wanted to learn the fundamentals of the sport or just get a good workout all were welcomed with out any fear of bulling, prejudice or embarrassment never tolerated! still going strong after 20+years! I like this Gym I will be bringing my son to sign up again today he's been gone because my car was down but he liked it. He said trainers wasn't very welcoming at first but I told him his consistency will help change that Only issue y'all need Air Conditioner lol it's way to hot in there it's ridiculous but it's reasonable and keeps the kids doing something positive. Thanks to The Staff that donate their time for ppl like my son. -Ms.Toya

Just to lose weight or become a trained fighter this place is for you. And on top of that they give back to their community. They go to great lengths to make sure the kids at the gym are prepared, disciplined, and ready, in and out of the ring.

3 of my kids plus my nephew attend this gym. The trainers are truly invested in not only teaching the members the skills needed to box but skills that they can use in their day to day as they grow into adults such as respect, humbleness, hard work, accountability, strategy, discipline, integrity and more! I enjoy the flexibility they have with different package options as well! Overall my children enjoy training here and have already learned so much in the time they’ve been members!!! #LetsBeElite
