the karate class sucked and this is coming from a first hand experience. I was a former green belt and when I got into a fight I used all my techniques and they didnt work. Then I went to a different place (full moon martial arts) and learned a lot more and actually won when someone attacked me.

Carla, who leads the women's kickboxing class, is outstanding. She is warm, inviting, and informative and fun. I've only been to two classes so far, but this is the first time I've looked forward to exercising in a long time!!
