This place helped us reach our fitness goals. My husband and I were able to beat the 6 week challenge! We love the instructors. They are helping and encouraging. I would recommend this place!

I Love Kickboxing is absolutely awesome! Every coach is engaged in your well-being and brings an incredible class every single time! No class is ever the same! It is so much fun! I was worried when I first started that being 50+ years old may make it difficult for me but everyone goes at their pace and the coaches are there to make modifications if need be. Come try a class! It is worth it!!!

I absolutely love my kickboxing classes! The environment is fantastic, and the coaches are amazing, super attentive to your needs and always ready to help you improve. From the staff to the fellow trainees, everyone contributes to a welcoming and energetic atmosphere that keeps me motivated to show up. For me, it’s not just about the physical workout; it’s about being part of a supportive community that pushes you to be your best.

A good workout but the team is full of gossips who talk about your life, circumstances and they are always disrupting classes by chatting with one another. It feels like a mean girls club. Workouts are great but that’s about it. If you value your privacy or personal and mental wellbeing try a different gym.

I was a member of ILKB for 3 years. I paid the full rate of $120 despite being a college student, which means I should have been charged the student rate of $89 (which was the student rate at the time, I believe it’s $99 now) but I never said anything because I wanted to support the studio. In return, I’m being refused a refund for $240 that was charged to me after I cancelled my membership in February 2024. I even got my partner to sign a contract with them, they cancelled around the same time as me and somehow they didn’t get charged after cancelling but I did. At the time I discovered the charges, I agreed on a credit for several months of classes in return, but major construction had just started on my side of town and a change in my work and school schedules prevented me from attending classes. Now, the billing team and manager are refusing to refund me because of a “90-day return policy” which I was not made aware of and I should NOT be subject to because I didn’t technically purchase anything, it was a credit to my account. A credit is a credit, there shouldn’t be an expiration, and if you are running a business with integrity, you inform your customers if there is an expiration! There should not be a statute of limitations on doing the right thing towards your customers. When you get credited at a doctor’s office, for example, they either refund you or apply the credit towards your next visit but the money never goes away because that would be illegal, AKA fraud. This is an absolutely shameful way to treat customers. Update: So the owner responded to this review by DMing me on instagram and essentially guilt-tripped me for putting up this review. I called him out on it, and he tried to gaslight me by saying it wasn’t a guilt trip. I guess the public can make that judgment for itself. I attached a photo to this review. You had the opportunity to do the right thing and refund money which you essentially stole from a customer, yet you resulted to guilt tripping and gas lighting a customer after you swindled them. It’s a bad look.
