I recently checked out this Boxing gym and wanted to share my thoughts. If you're looking for a place to work out and have access to boxing equipment, it's a great spot! They have a variety of bags and equipment that you'll find useful. However, if you're a beginner looking to learn boxing, it might not be the best place. They seem to primarily focus on their amateur fighters, so the attention might not be on new fighters or members. It seems like more of a passive income setup for them. Overall, it depends on what you're looking for in a boxing gym.

I tried a trial class this past weekend with a friend. It was very intense but very much needed. This was only my second time trying any kickboxing class and it was definitely the better of the two. The music was upbeat and motivating and the combinations were easy to follow and execute. I would definitely be back if I lived here. I will recommend it to my friends that live in the valley for sure!

I joined Valley Fitness Kickboxing almost 2 months ago, and it's been a great experience. The classes are high-energy, engaging, and leave you feeling accomplished. The trainers are very friendly, supportive, and encouraging. They create a welcoming environment where everyone feels comfortable, regardless of their skill level. I would recommend these classes to everyone looking to manage their everyday stress!

Joined Valley Kickboxing a few weeks ago and I’m HOOKED! Casey and all the trainers are consistent, knowledgeable and push you to your personal best while focusing on the technicalities of kickboxing. The MUSIC played during the sessions are fun and keep a millennial like me motivated with nostalgic! Casey is also a very helpful and down-to-earth owner who responded to my texts and questions easily. I’ve been very comfortable being here and so glad I found them! 💪🏾🥊🦵🏾

I have been attending classes for over a month now. It's been amazing. It is hard, not going to lie, but it is also very rewarding. The coaches are awesome and you can tell they really worry about you. Never before have I been so engaged in a workout class, but it has a lot to do with the positive environment. Casey and Michael are awesome. I truly love going to class and look forward to continue learning. My only feedback: more latin music lol, just kidding. ;)

I’m still fairly new to this gym, and have been quite lazy for the past few years, so I was kinda worried the first time I went. I was also late for my first class/workout. Casey loaned me some boxing gloves and I went right to it with the the rest of the group. I definitely got my ass kicked and quickly realized that I was in worse shape than I previously thought! It’s high energy and fast paced… but I never felt as though I was being judged or anything like that. Afterwards, other people came up to me to say that I did great, asked what I thought, and said they hoped to see me there again. Friendly people! Then Casey explained to me how membership works, and I just signed up there and then. It’s a great deal! $16 a week for unlimited access is crazy! Hell yes I signed up.
