My children are involved and seeing the positive impact it has made in their lives from confidence to strength, I am proud to be a part of the class now!

An absolute gem of gym. Staff is highly knowledgeable and friendly. Helping newcomers feel welcomed and accommodated. The level of training this gym offers is vast; from wellness and exercising all the way to high level competing and fighting. Coach Christian and coach Mike extremely knowledgeable, personable and friendly. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to work on their fitness, learn some fundamentals techniques, compete, and or develop some self defense life skills. 10/10 would recommend.

I am writing this review because I am extremely satisfied with Bullpen boxing gym. I am in a very challenging situation. I have been severely injured in an accident. Being Intimidated, I am looking for a safe place to train that has a good atmosphere that I trust. My physical well-being is very important to me. I want to get into a training gym that really works hard and knows what they’re doing and is non-confrontational. I can’t say enough good about how Christian treated me. He made me feel comfortable, taking the necessary time needed to get me to feel comfortable to just do it! I went to the gym. I will be back, I’m planning to join ASAP!

For a start the coach as worked with fighters for a long time and really knows what he's talking about. Not to mention the elite boxers who will help you with anything you need.Even if your not planning to fight, this place can really get you in shape. In three weeks I went from barely being able to run one mile, to being able to do 4. Even better 100 dollars a month for 2 hours and 30 minutes a day is a steal.

Started at Manny’s when I was two-months postpartum and was dealing with some injuries from an unconventional birth. manny did a great job supporting where I was at while guiding how to build and maintain integrity of movement. Whether you’re a competitive fighter, or a working mom like me- manny is the real deal of a coach and the community treats everyone with the same level of stoke and respect. One of the best postpartum decisions I made was starting Muay Thai at Mmkg. it helped me heal my core/diastasis and nerve injury from the birth. It also helped me get to a body composition I was proud of.

Awesome place to train for fitness/fighting/mental strength. I had no experience before joining, but I have since committed to a few days a week. You will notice a difference and improve! Manny is great at explaining and demonstrating movement. Family oriented and friendly. Couldn't have asked for a better place to train!

Manny’s gym is awesome! He is knowledgeable and takes the time to work with everyone, he truly puts passion into his craft of teaching and has experience fighting on some of the best kickboxing organizations in the world. The gym is close knit as well so once you start there you’ll be treated like family. Highly recommended!

All around great gym to train at, wether you’re in it for fitness or for fighting this is the type of gym you want to invest in. Manny is a great coach to have, he’s hands on and passionate about coaching. The people that walk through the doors are friendly and respectful. A really good environment. Manny is a experienced coach and the team is a group of good guys. He gives his attention to his student and is there to answer any question you may have. Well worth the money spent.
