The rumble boxing staff in (fort lauderdale) Location is hands-down the best team out of any location. The trainer Jojo is incredible with a ton of energy and really working individually with her clients to maximize results. I have seen tremendous improvement in many of employees who attend rumble regularly and use Jojo as their instructor. The facility is very clean and well equipped with new gear, lights and a bunch of other things members are allowed to use. Left Jamie at the front desk is very nice and will resolve any issues, if you have them. I’ve decided to do a future team building event at this facility so we do How energetic, vibrant and nice the team here is in (fort lauderdale). If you are looking for a great workout and then awesome structure I 100% recommend Jo Jo For all your training. You will not be disappointed and most certainly will see results. Thank you guys very much appreciated.

This was my first time at this location and they were very friendly and welcoming. The instructor and the work out were A+ as expected, the friendly staff and cleanliness were also. I forgot to pay the meter though and got a parking ticket but that’s on me! Thanks for a great workout! And my name on the locker was a nice touch - it’s the little things! Most importantly, I got a GREAT workout and I’m feelin it today!

Terrible management. They made countless mistakes on my credit card that I probably wouldn't have noticed if I wasn't on top of it. Had to call them every month to fix it. When I broke my hand and placed my credits on hold, once I was cleared to come back they reactivated my account and charged for new credits leaving me with too many to use in that month and they would not adjust it. They had me speak to different people and none of them knew what the previous person told me. Complete mess.

Love Jo as trainer. Classes are good way to get yourself back into working out. Some cons. Not enough space between bags or benches. One time this tall guy had such long arms, he kept almost hitting me in the face or bumping his elbows into me. Some people are not mindful about how far their bags move and they may bump into you. Corporate policy on cancellations etc are ridiciulous and the history does not show in your billing history on your rumble portal. I spent a lot in these fees because of work obligations and being under the weather with bad asthma. To emphasize, on top of paying for the class, you get hit with another $20 charge. Even with unlimited memberships, you get hit with these fees. In my case, i did not realize because my dad had actually told me to use his card for some classes and i forgot his card was still on file. Somehow they were charging him these fees and me the membership fees. He finally said something and i even asked the front desk but they did not seem to know. I decided to cancel membership because of these reasons. Many gyms with unlimited memberships don't charge you these fees as well.
