Level Red Boxing was exactly what we were looking for. My son has been expressing interest in boxing in over a year now but boxing is one of those sports that requires being fit and somewhat experienced. Level Red Boxing is a perfect introduction to the fundamentals of boxing while performing a HIIT style of workout to get in shape. My son is thrilled to learn the boxing skills, and I’m thrilled to burn the calories in a fun way that doesn’t feel like a chore. If you hate spending time on the treadmill staring into a mirror, this might be the class for you. Anthony has been wonderful from the very first call. Julie and Noah were our introduction class staff, they were great and made coming in as a newbie as simple and easy as possible. We will be attending many more classes and encourage you to give it a shot too.

LRB is not a good place to get your exercise. The manger Keith is horrible at his job, Zach can NOT throw a punch and he sits on his phone while at the front desk and he's a man child, and Leanne is always at the gym next door talk to their front desk staff.

I am loving my time spent at Red Level Boxing!! The workouts are crazy fun & each instructor challenges me to give my very best attempt with every workout! I can't wait to earn my yellow gloves!! Update: I started with a one month membership to see if I would really like it but I quickly discovered.....I LOVE IT! Already signed on for another 3 months!! It is the most fun I have ever had working out!! I'm over half-way to my 100th class and earning my yellow-gloves! And I have grown more in love with going to Level Red with each and every class I attend! I have set a personal goal to celebrate my 100th & wear the yellow by mid to late August!! Wish me luck!! Update: I made my goal!! I EARNED MY YELLOW GLOVES TODAY!! (8/22) I thought going to LRB would help me with the physical fitness I was lacking; however, it has brought me so much MORE! It has been a huge confidence booster & I now look to accomplish more goals in (and outside) the gym! Here. We. Go! Update: Wait just a minion, LRB makes working out fun!!!

The first thing I look for in a gym or dojo is if the people are approachable, helpful and engaging. If the folks running the place are really welcoming, then I'm going to join. Added bonus would be the complete gym equipment, free gloves, and discounted prices. LRB met all of that. I've been out of shape for a year, then I had a stillborn baby, and eventually spiraled into depression. Boxing saved me, I poured out my grief and anger into the bag. I never knew how out of shape I was, even though I did kickboxing for a year, and Muay Thai for almost 2 years. Thank you LRB and Keith!
