Armon is the Best. Gym is older and not pretty - which is Perfect to me. Armon tailors the workout for You and very personable. The price is right on. Its not perfect, but what is. You will get a great workout there with an excellent trainer ........... Its my busy season with work (12 hour days) will be back in December2023

These guys are devoted by teaching kids the art of boxing. My son started boxing here for the first time and with in a month they helped him build a foundation of boxing also build confidence. Thank You guys for all you do for the Children and Adults.
