As an owner of a spin studio, I can appreciate a boutique fitness studio and Byond Barre does not disappoint! I have taken classes with Fallon and the owner Sienna. Both provide a challenging and amazing experience. They offer a variety of engaging classes. I look forward to adding classes to my regular routine to complement my spin classes!

Absolutely a great experience for anyone who usually hates exercising. As an exercise novice I find it hard to find time to commit to working out regularly. Byond Barre is inviting, challenging, fun, and a full body workout. When the class ended I was elated, sore, and excited for the next one. Sienna is amazing and gives just the right amount of direction and personal attention. Even though it was my first time, I felt very welcomed in the class as part of a group community. Can’t wait to go back!

Joining Byond Barre a month ago has been the best thing I’ve done for myself in a long time! Exercising used to be something I forced myself to do and since joining, it’s become my favorite part of my days! It really helps get me through my work days (shoutout to the amazing availability!) Sienna’s passion and joy for this space is infectious and she is so incredibly welcoming! My sample week happened to fall when Sienna was traveling, and she SO thoughtfully offered for me to drop in on a class before my week started so we can meet first. These thoughtful and personal touches are so common here! Every class I’ve tried is SO fulfilling in different ways, for the body and mind, and each instructor is incredibly supportive, welcoming, and so talented! Dance cardio with Sienna is so full of fun, Fallon brings so much energy to every class, and I never want to miss Fridays with Jackie! Between the instructors and the students, the community created here is so warm and safe. Just what Lambertville needed!
