I've always felt supported in my fitness journey at Neighborhood Barre. The instructors do a great job at providing both challenges and modifications to all the moves. Plus, I love the variety of each class format and that no two classes are the same, it helps to keep the workout style fresh and fun! Love, love, love this place and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new workout space!

I absolutely love this studio! The instructors are very welcoming, and they offer lots of modifications during workouts. I have never done barre before, and this helped me not feel so intimidated. I can’t recommend them enough!

I decided on joining NB after trying many different studios in the area. The instructors are literally all fantastic and they make the effort to know you, learn your name, and meet you where you are. This has been the best thing for me physically and mentally. People have commented on my new muscles too! I love NB!

5/5 BARRE stars!! NBD is an amazing environment and community for movement and encouragement. I appreciate that it's more than just a barre studio, there are many class formats and no two classes are the same. I highly recommend giving it a try. Be prepared to invest in your workout wardrobe, because you're going to be doing a lot more laundry! :)
