I love this fitness center! It's spacious with plenty of different types of exercise machines. It's convenient because this gym is closer to my house and my work, so I appreciate it a lot. I have been a member for over 25-years at this facility. Most of all, the Staffs are attentive, very professional, friendly and nice individuals. I thank each one of them for their service and for keeping the gym clean and pleasant. Thank you! :)

If you try to come to this location with a 3 day free pass in which the site lets you pick the location and the pass indicates this location. They are going to tell you that you can’t enter because they don’t offer free pass at this location. Then they’ll ask you to pay $25. Which still isn’t bad but relay that on your site or mention it somewhere whether the offer isn’t valid or better yet don’t have the option for a free pass at all for this location. I heard them mentioning a second email needed to be sent stating that and I received no second email and someone was supposed to send it but I guess someone isn’t doing their job.

I wish I had read the reviews before going here. I, too, was made to pay $25 for a free 3 day pass. She then said not all locations have the free pass. When I asked which locations were free, the response was. "I don't know." At 6am, paper towels were empty, and there was an extremely strong perspiration smell throughout the gym. The stairmasters are gross. They haven't been cleaned in forever. I would like a refund. This cannot be sanitary. Has the dept of health seen this place?

Hopefully this is the correct location. ... I want to post my sincere thank you to the management at this location, and apologize for the embarrassing behavior of my cousin and his friends today. Unbeknownst to me, they attempted to use my membership and buddy passes without my permission and when the employee at the front desk did their job in asking for identification the boys decided to show extreme disrespect and use very inappropriate language rather than simply paying for their own passes for the day as the membership was not his to share with any friends he sees fit. Thankfully, the situation did not escalate further and I have a huge respect for the gentlemen that called me to notify me of the situation and see if my account needed to be canceled for fraudulent use. I now have to deal with a freeze on the account due to their behavior but I am thankful for the manager and employees at this establishment for doing their due diligence and I hope that my cousin learns to be half as respectful as y'all. He was apologetic on the phone but I hope before he leaves from his vacation that he comes in to apologize for his behavior without his ignorant friends. 5 stars for the fact that you can definitely trust 24hr fitness to make sure your membership is not being taken advantage of. Have a lovely day everyone

I don't like false advertising and if I knew I wouldn't have paid for the full year. My sister signed up for the 3 day pass and the first day we used the computer and signed in as guest with no issue. Today the employee states it $25 for the 3 day "Free" pass. That doesn't sound free to me. I checked the website and put in the location and it says free when you put in your information and get confirmation email stating its free (this cant be legal). Luckily I did platinum and could have her as a buddy but it was happening to another guest as well. Well I guess a 24 hour Fitness that closes at 10pm should have been the first red flag.
