I recently joined this hidden gem of a gym and I couldn't be happier with my decision! The atmosphere is welcoming and motivating, making every workout enjoyable. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. The equipment is well-maintained, catering to all fitness levels. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned gym-goer, this gym has something for everyone. I feel motivated and energized every time I walk through the doors. Highly recommend this gym for anyone looking to achieve their fitness goals in a positive and supportive environment! Their personal training sessions are no joke and absolutely amazing. I’ll be ready for the summer!!!

Idk anything about the quality of this gym , but my seven year old nephew just got screamed at by the owner when they rang the doorbell for trick or treating . What kind of adult screams and curses at children ? If you don’t want kids trick or treating put a sign up or something but to curse and scream at kids and then hide inside when an adult comes by to find out what the problem is says a lot . Maybe ease up on the supplements bud.

Love the space here. Not over crowded like the big gyms. Good equipment that's always beeing added onto and upgraded. Great prices compared to some of the other independent gyms around here.
