Best 24 Hour Gym near Roseville, California

When you enjoy the sauna and spa and they are never working it's very frustrating. The spa has been cold for weeks/months and they have no reason why they can't fix. The cold plunge was broke for over a month during summer and now the spa during winter...I have a suggestion, you hire a contractor to fix it lol....it's not difficult. If the equipment needs to be replaced , replace it. Don't keep giving the employees b.s. excuses to tell people. Today the sauna is also now broken. Sometimes 2 out of the 3 bathrooms in men's room are broken and you literally have to wait to use the bathroom which cuts into workout time. Fix the SPA and make it actually hot again what a joke.

Unhappy with employees so lazy! They only chat chat chat, they sitting, or they so busy NO EXCUSES!. Employees don’t even care about the restroom mess up so dirty The shower very dirty Toilets dirty Morris dirty Sauna temperature (hot room) smell so bad Spa (tub) not enough warm. At area gym so dirty. Employees didn’t clean (required 1 hour each time check the restroom everything clean up) I heard from man restroom broke never fix! When????

Signed up shortly after they opened and have come for the last year+. Great gym. Has 8 or 10 full squat racks with the Olympic lifting platforms for deadlifts, etc. Got progressively more busy over 2024, but that’s to be expected. I think people complain too much about how busy it can be and just aren’t flexible with their workouts. It’s a great place to workout. I used to use the sauna quite a bit and it was a good experience, but it’s been awhile. Men’s locker room / bathroom was always clean.

This gym is walking distance from me. It’s spacious which I like the equipment is not crammed together like most gyms. It’s Often to busy and people aren’t courteous they sit on there phone for long periods of time. But that really isn’t the gyms fault. All the Staff is extremely kind. An older thin woman with blonde/white hair that works in the mornings is always a pleasure. lately cleanliness has been lacking. And machines take long to get repaired.

Crazy how fast this gym went down. How often the gym gets clean? Literally has mold in showers. They need to invest in pressure washing showers and saunas daily, maybe they do it but idk how often or how good since this gym became very dirty
