Has everything you need! I did a drop in while visiting family over the holidays (great price for a day pass!) they have A cardio section, multiple cable machines, and enough weigh machines that you don't have to wait for. The best part was that the owner, Freddie, demonstrated true Christian values of care and kindness that they advertise this gym to be based on. Can't wait to come back again! 🤗

Freddie and Kim run an awesome facility here. Always friendly, very clean, and an awesome place to workout. They offer private Training as well that'll help you get to the next level. Can't recommend them enough.

Have been a member of this gym for close to 8 years. Fantastic place to train. Kim and Freddy have put their heart and soul into this place. It has everything you need to keep your mind and body in top condition! Would recommend to anyone. Great place for law enforcement and veterans, too!

Awesome gym! Kim and Freddy are great, super knowledgeable and always willing to help. This gym is equipped with all of the weights and machines you could ever want and setup for all types of training styles. The flexibility of this gym being open 24 hrs a day is a huge benefit as well. If you need some extra help with nutrition and attaining your goals be sure to stop by and speak with Roger Morrison.
