Best 24 Hour Gym near City-of-industry, California

Not sure at all why this location has such a low rating but this is one of the better gyms in the area. I like the setup and the full size basketball court. But most of all, one of the reason I tried out this gym is because of the warming welcome from NIAH. She is great. Attentive, high energy, helpful and friendly. Makes you want to visit more just to exchange a conversation with her. Come to this location, I highly recommend it.

3.5/5 I usually frequent this gym on certain days of the week. Honestly, at first it felt very busy but the longer I waited it out, I was able to use all the machines I needed that day for my workout. This particular location is attached to the mall, they have an outdoor pool, separate sauna and steam room- not co-ed like most, probably one of my fav 24hr location. the locker room has tons of space and most that come to this gym are considerate in terms of cleanliness, re-racking weights, not spending a ton of time on one machine. The downside to this location is the health hazard in the steam room, above the non-existent light is open wires and broken tiles that look to have mold. The showers can use some upgrading an extra hook, a shelf (little small additions can make a difference). Lastly, the restroom floor is always wet, which can cause someone to fall and get hurt (Clearly, the toilet overflows causing wet floors)

From the moment I walked in, Niah greeted me with a warm, friendly smile and offered to assist with anything I might need. They were knowledgeable about the gym's facilities, programs, and membership options, which made my visit seamless and stress-free. What really stood out was their attentiveness and professionalism. They took the time to answer my questions, and even gave me a quick tour of the gym, ensuring I felt comfortable and welcomed. Their positive attitude and eagerness to help truly set the tone for my workout. Overall, Niah is a fantastic representative of the gym, and their excellent customer service made a lasting impression. I look forward to coming back and would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great fitness experience!

It’s 5:24AM and still no employee in to open. For too many days this place lacks the discipline to open on time. It’s smells like garlic and is constantly nasty dirty and worse in the bathrooms. These owners and employees can’t solve simple problems.

Friendly service and a cool set-up, and the outdoor pool and jacuzzi are neat. The equipment is an odd blend of newer and horribly dated, and it's this along with the locker room/bathroom area that really brings this place down. As a whole, that area looks like something out of a knotts scary farm maze; if it had been used for a scene in Saw or something I would not be surprised. Feels absolutely filthy. And why are there pay phones in there? As though a horror movie set wasn't enough, the room has to feel like a prison as well. Props for the staff, towel service(!), and pool area. Other than that, this is one to avoid.
