If I could have a harsher negative I would. I was a huge supporter of this facility in the past for the health benefits, pool, and amenities. To their credit they are very nice, staff is caring, however when it comes to clarity of the membership, pricing, what is or isn't going to happen when you need to cancel or terminate is the biggest joke 🫣 If I could leave -5 stars I would regarding their director Reed and membership contract issues. Make sure when joining you are going to be going, that your one year term is understood, the difference in a medical pause and/or completion of your contract state. I've dealt with several times discrepancy between what front desk and how Reed and the terms go far as contract. Do realize to cancel, dispute, anything is far faster to have your bank do it than try to work with them. Former advocate now forever critic!

I have been a faithful member for several years and the gym has really declined in customer service and caring about their members, especially long-term ones. I have brought several concerns regarding the childcare and safety to the admin, and nothing has changed, not did they seem to care. They made a mistake on my account but never admitted even partial fault. I suffered an injury from an incompetent trainer, and the admin weren't concerned at all. It just seems like this gym that use to have a "family feel" has now become too corporate to really care or listen to their members.

First off, the staff here are so friendly, you’ll feel like you’re walking into your best friend’s house every time you show up. They greet you with a smile, offer encouragement, and might even remember your name after the first visit—talk about a win. They’ll make you feel like part of the family… a really fit, sweat-dripping family. The personal trainers? Absolute legends. These guys don’t just know their stuff—they practically *live* for making you the best version of yourself. Whether you’re looking to lift like a superhero or just trying to figure out how to use the treadmill without tripping over your own feet, they’ve got you covered. They’ll have you saying “I can do this!” (and then posting a #gymselfie). And the equipment? It’s like they raided the future and brought back the best toys. Everything is modern, shiny, and works exactly how it’s supposed to (which is a nice change from the broken-down ellipticals you sometimes find at other places). You won’t have to fight over the good machines here—there’s always plenty to go around. Oh, and did I mention the pool, sauna, and steam room? It's like a mini-spa within the gym. After a tough workout, you can cool off in the pool, sweat out the toxins in the sauna, or just sit in the steam room pretending you’re in a movie montage. Plus, the locker rooms are spacious, spotless, and somehow always smell like fresh towels—how do they do that? Long story short, this gym has everything you need to look and feel your best. Plus, with all the extra amenities, you’ll find yourself looking forward to your workouts instead of dreading them. So go ahead—join. Your future self will thank you, and probably give you a high-five.

This is my first time having a membership, and I love it. There is plenty of equipment to use. They staff are very helpful and always happy to explain anything. They have a wonderful childcare center. If you're looking for an inviting gym, check them out.

Excellent gym. No judging. Room for everyone. It’s my favorite gym of all the gyms I’ve been a member of.
