Love coming to this location, All the staff is friendly and very welcoming! Ryan at the front desk is always making sure the gym stays clean at night and well stocked. He is always available to assist with any questions or concerns one may have!(:

I go to this gym when I’m in town specifically because of Jade. It’s obvious how much she cares not only about the patrons, but also her staff and the facility! She’s so on top of taking care of what needs to be done; checking in members, cleaning up the weight area, making sure people feel safe walking to their cars… She does it all! Even my kids love coming here because Jade makes them feel welcome! Honestly wish this was my home gym and not just some place I visit from time to time because you just don’t get outstanding customer service experiences like this anymore!

This club is old, tired and filthy. You have a better chance of winning the lottery than you do having soap in any of the dispensers in the men’s locker room. I never see any employees doing any cleaning.

Manda is a great personal trainer. She really motivated me to keep pushing and continue working on my fitness goals. Manda is easy to talk to and listens to your specific needs and knows a lot about fitness. She has a positive attitude and will motivate you by making the workouts fun and not always the same.

I've been going to this gym for close to 4 years now and am genuinely considering finding a new one. It seems like this gym gets worse and worse everyday. Today in particular, I went in at open and it smelt terrible. I couldn't even figure out what the smell was. Mixture of sewage and old, dirty water. I just couldn't stand it. The gym is barely cleaned and if it is, they do a terrible job at it. We are 3 years post covid and they are operating like we're still in covid.
