My kids Adam and Lucy celebrated their birthday at this spooktacular place and my kids and guest had a fabulous time thanks to our hostess Adyson. She was the best, she was there at every step of the way making sure everything went smoothly, I felt like a guest myself. She took such care that I didn’t have to lift a finger. We will definitely have other parties here.

This was my first experience at an Altitude Trampoline Park establishment & will definitely be the last. I booked a birthday party here. I have my receipt showing my total balance due was only $236.03. However when I checked my bank statement I can see the charge is for a total of $286.60. This is unprofessional and very much fraud. Based on the information on my receipt , it’s clear the host added their own tip in the amount of $51.57. I never once signed anything , nor selected any box to leave gratuity. The receipt clearly shows my balance due is only $236.03. And every other gratuity box is BLANK AND UNCHECKED. You can review the camera footage as well, it clearly shows I give my card to the host to check us out and he brings me back my card with No receipt. It’s not until I ask for a copy of what I paid for, that he brings me the same original receipt that showed my balance due. I never once signed anything. The receipt shows I was served by Leelee B. The date of my event was 11/24/2024 time stamp on receipt shows 6:14pm. This needs to be corrected immediately. I have already filed a report with the federal trade commission. My next course of action will be filing a complaint with the BBB if this is not addressed and rectified immediately. I need a manager to contact me as soon as possible otherwise I will be filing a dispute a with my bank for this unauthorized charge!

We came for baseball and stopped by between games. There was plenty of space to jump around, and they loved the variety of activity areas. The kids had a blast!

It was really a good experience. Pros: Team were very helpful during the party. We took party room and it was spacious and clean. Restrooms are good. Jump area is very big.kids will enjoy for sure. My Kid and his 20 friends enjoyed a lot.Even it suitable for below 2yrs kids and teenagers too. Food was good.

We've been coming here for years but stopped because it seemed a bit run down. We decided to revisit again, and to our surprise, it's been upgraded! Finally, they have additional seating! They also added small arcade and upgraded jumping areas. We try to visit at the opening to avoid crowds. I recommend filling out the waiver online before coming to save time.
